My wife and I have spent over a year trying different mattresses, both online and in big box stores. i weigh 205lbs and am 6"1 my wife is 140 and 5"7. This Purple mattress is by far the best mattress we have had. It is nothing like anything else on the market. We came from a pillow top mattress and had all kinds of trouble finding a mattress that was memory foam but still had that comfort feeling. This mattress has the best of both worlds in a unique design that is even better than a pillow top. No sagging or craters to deal with either. I also purchased the purple pillow and that has made a huge difference on how i sleep too. Such great innovative products! I can assure you this mattress is worth trying out, you will love it. Again, we tried several other leading online mattresses.

I'm 5'7" 180lbs and primarily a side sleeper. I've slept on traditional box springs all my life. I ordered the purple mattress and platform December 5 and received the mattress dec 20 and the platform dec 30. The first week on purple brought to mind laying on a firm sponge, then almost a anti-gravity effect. I have had back pain extending down to my knees since high school. I now believe it may have been the mattresses. I say that because after 2 weeks on the purple, the familiar pain came back with a vengeance, rendering it difficult to walk. Never mind the excruciating pain of entering and exiting a vehicle. After 4 weeks on purple, the pain was virtually gone. I then began sleeping for 6 hours straight, without waking. Don't remember the last time that happened. I can also comfortably lay on my back now. It supports the non-pressure points quite well for me. Unlike a box with springs in it. Also, I am no longer tired during the day. I feel awake. I have not had any heat issues. For me this is the best mattress I have ever slept on.

At first the bed was great, well my wife thought so. She loved it up till about last week when she started having back pain about 5 hours into the night. I from the beginning didn't care for it. The top purple layer is amazing but that is it. The foam underneath feels like I'm lying on the floor. We tried it, were not happy, we are returning. Wish it could have been different.

A large 200 pound tube that arrived on m porch had me initially confused. "Surely they can't roll up a mattress with springs in it to the size of this package", I said to myself. Momentarily having the negative feeling of being delivered the wrong version. But I was wrong & had nothing to worry about. They actually do vacuum ship Hybrid Premier 3 with springs like their cheaper counterparts. This has got to be a industry first packaging/shipping protocol. Color me impressed. Now I just gotta figure out how to reverse engineer it, to get my existing mattress out of the way. I wish right? I proceed to open tube to unfurl mattress, gave it a couple days before sleeping on it as recommended to expand. By night 2, I was purposely forcing myself to give it one more night to expand, thus making it that much better when it's ready, even if that was only in my mind. It was worth it, big time. Night 1, I lay down on what feels like nothing else I have ever slept on before. My body knew straight away. A tingling and all encompassing feeling consumed my body. My spine and muscles instantly relaxed into what can only be described as "euphoric realignment". Then, for the next few minutes as I drifted to sleep, my body felt like it was releasing years of poor sleep pain and discomfort. It was almost a shock to the system unlike any feeling I've ever had before. I am a pretty large guy at 6'2" & 280 pounds. This mattress truly supported me like no other. Over the next few nights, my body slowly got used to the mattress and this unreal lightness you feel as you sink into the purple grid while simultaneously feeling supportive. After a few nights, my sciatica got noticably better right off the bat and I look forward to crawling into bed every night now. The mattress itself has become truly Life changing. Period. A tool to improve sleep habits. Hands down, this has become the best consumer experience of my life. Start to finish Purple delivers on all counts. I also purchased the Purple frame. A mattress protector & basic plush pillow came free with purchase of mattress. The Purple frame, which is extremely solid and supports mattress the better than any other I've seen before. Total surface area support. No chance to sag. Solid. Adds to the feeling of feeling truly "supported". The Purple mattress protector was more a thin fitted sheet than a traditional Mattress protector. The packaging explained that this was purposeful in order to have nothing but a thin layer between you and your mattress. I get the intent, but not the norm nonetheless. The plush pillow was nothing special and is the bottom basic pillow type. No innovation here. Finally, The sleep masks that came with the mattress were silly. Too small, thin and uncomfortable to use in real life. More of a marketing swag item than anything. But all that was free, so I can't really complain. Bottom line, life changing. The true evolution of sleep culture right before our eyes. Thank you PURPLE!!

After much research for the "perfect" mattress I decided to purchase The Purple Mattress based on reviews and the recommendation of friends who had purchased. This is the best sleep investment I have ever made. I tell everyone that "it is like sleeping on a cloud".

The Purple Bed is both cozy and supportive. I have slept on it for over 6 months and it is nothing short of wonderful. Four of my patients have bought on my recommendation and they are all happy with their purchase. I particularly like the fact that it is a neutral temperature bed that reflects back little of my heat. With a down comforter it is warm in the winter and I found it to be cool in the summer. my niece had a Purple mattress and loves it. I tried it at her house and decided to get it when the Black Friday deal came out with a free Purple Pillow with the mattress order. I love them both. I can now sleep on my back and my left side(that has issues). Can't wait for the warm weather to see how cool I stay on it also.

We bought the mattress and the sheets. We were skeptical at first but both my wife and I love them both. I fall asleep seconds after I get into bed, no more tossing and turning. We are going to but twins for our kids since one of them ends up in our bed all of the time. The whole purple experience has been great.

i loved the bed its amazing so far im trying my best to recommend people to your product because i love it and im trying to get my co workers to get it also i sleep great which thats what matters to me . i was hoping i was gonna get the royal purple cushion thought it was gonna come with it as i seen in some reviews on the purple bed i seen that they already had it when the bed arrived but they give me 2 really small samples of what the bed material was made of which was a good too . but overall im its great and believe me if im typing all of this to say its great it is because i never ever do these review things.
