My husband and I was super excited to get on your purple mattres, when it arrived we noticed a stain on it and contacted purple and they send us a new cover which was pretty good, but after one month sleep on it even using the purple sheets, we were waking up with a sore body. Purple came out way too firm to us. I'm 120lbs and have back pain my husband it's 180lbs and his back is good but sleep on purple gave him some pain as well. We finally decided to return it and everything was smoothly until it was time to refund. They simply gave me a time frame of 5-10 business days that is over and not money is back to my account. I tried to reach the person I was deal with but I have not answer still, so I chatted with another person that told me he would be doing my refund and I should wait 5-10 business days again. The problem it's we're sleeping in an air mattress now just waiting on purple so we can go and buy a mattress that will be better to us. So I'm very upset with this company and I do not recommend.

We bought our son a purple mattress about a year and a half ago and he loves it! We kept thinking we should get one because we kept getting lumped in the middle of ours. He told us we'd never regret it. We can't believe it took us so long to make the decision! We have slept so well since it arrived. I'm a side sleeper and my husband a back or stomach sleeper, and we both give the same review. The sheets are good, just nothing spectacular. I was wishing there would have been an offer for the warm/cool blanket like I missed at Christmas. I would absolutely recommend this mattress to anyone!

Although the Purple mattress ended up not being a fit for me (it was a bit too firm), the return policy was indeed seamless! I donated it to a local non-profit, submitted the donation receipt and had a refund within hours. Their customer service people were helpful and friendly and there was zero push-back when the mattress didn't work for us. I would definitely recommend using them and giving Purple a try!!

My wife's had severe back problems resulting from a car accident and was looking for a bed that would help alleviate some of the aching pain in the morning. We settled on trying out a Purple mattress after her parents ordered theirs and loved it. The trial period was a purchasing factor because of it didn't work for us we could return it. The delivery was super awesome as we received automated updates on the delivery day of both the bed and the platform. We received our mattress about two weeks before the platform and I would say that was a bit of a headache but once we paired the mattress with the platform it's a distant memory that they didn't come together and we don't even care anymore. Cloud 9. That's how I describe sleeping on this mattress. It's so comfortable! We don't sink into it, we are comfortably suspended in it and it's really amazing! My wife loves the fact that she's not bounced around when I get up at 2:30 am for work or for a bathroom break. The platform is VERY sturdy and makes no noise no matter what kind of shenanigans we engage in *wink*wink We love our king-sized Purple mattress and platform and have no intention of returning it. Ever. In closing I would like to add that initially I took issue with the price as I'd never paid more than $300 for a box spring and mattress combo. The comfort and rest we've experienced with this is worth every penny we paid for it!

This bed has quite literally saved my life and my marriage. On our old bed, I slept maybe 1-2 hours a night....every single night. I was starting to lose my mind! Sitting up all night while watching your spouse sleep, hearing the widows rattle from the snoring, makes life unbearable. After a year of saving we finally took the plunge and ordered a king sized purple bed. The night we unrolled it and crawled in, I slept for 12 hours straight! I heard nothing, I felt no movement, just beautiful sleep! The snoring is less, the jarring launch out of the bed when hubby rolls over is gone. 2am is no longer a time in my world. I can't say enough good things about this bed. If I could, I'd buy one for everyone i know! Thank you Purple, for giving me my life back!

I purchased a Queen size Purple mattress, when it arrived there was a large dip/crease across the entire width of the mattress that was at least 3" deep. It was deformed and not useable. It was also almost 4" shorter in width and length than dimensions that are listed online, which meant the mattress didn't fit my bed frame properly. I called customer service and whey were very polite and said they'd rush me a new mattress as a replacement and take the defective one away. This time the replacement mattress was delivered late and didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to. To make matters worse, after opening it up I found a 3" dip/crease in the top corner of the mattress; and this one was also 3+ inches smaller in length & width than it's supposed to be. In both cases, each mattress had some deformity where there was essentially a large 'pothole' leaving the mattress not useable and each mattes was smaller than it should be. While the mattress is very comfortable, I can't accept paying $1K+ for a mattress with defects, and Purple's quality control is seriously dropping the ball here. And whats the deal with the mattress being smaller than they should be? I called customer service again and told them about my issues with my replacement mattress and asked that a manager/supervisor should call me back and do something about the issues I've been having and the inconvenience they have caused, but I never heard back from anyone at Purple. I really wanted to like/support this mattress and company, and while it seems comfortable, they have dropped the ball too many times and I no longer trust their quality being that they cant even send me a mattress w/o defects, nor did a manager care enough to follow up on my request. I will be sending back this mattress and try a Tuft & Needle or one of the other products out there. Purple, you really need to step up your game! P.S. The Purple seat cushion is not worth it either, as I have 2 of them and they're very uncomfortable and way too 'squishy' for a comfortable seating posture.

My old mattress was less than a year old, but absolutely horrible. I preferred the couch to the bed. Not anymore! From the first night this mattress has been outstanding. I was skeptical at first but decided to take the plunge and it was worth every penny. I would definitely buy a Purple mattress again.

For me, the queen mattress we purchased is comfortable to sit on, so the special material on the surface of the mattress appears to be well-suited for sitting. When I lay down, my legs and upper torso rest comfortably on the mattress, however, I must toss and turn all night because I feel a lot of pressure from the mattress underneath my hip bone. The pain and discomfort is really noticeable--my hip/rear-end hurts which keeps me turning from my back to my sides during sleep in order to try to alleviate my discomfort. I must add that I have no hip bone problems so this pain/pressure issue is a bit disconcerting. It has been 30 days since I received my Purple mattress. With time, I am hoping I will eventually get used to the mattress and have a better experience but that has not happened yet. For my wife, she says the mattress is too hard for her liking and she always wakes up with what she describes as stiff/tight back muscles.

Before buying the purple mattress I was waking up every morning needing to stretch for 15 minutes just to be able function in my daily activities. I would wake up multiple times a night (I'm a side sleeper) with one or both arms numb. I have always been a toss and turner in my sleep as well. My husband would wake up with stiff and painful hips. We are 30 and 33 years old!! Once we received the Purple Mattress my numb arms and tossing and turning are gone!! I no longer have to stretch the moment I get out of bed! My husband sleeps much better and is no longer sore in the morning! My only regret is I wish we would have made the plunge and bought the mattress sooner!

I'm a heavy equipment mechanic and I was sleeping on a 15 year old pillow top mattress and I was having lots of back pain and hip pain as soon as I got up and all day long. After the first night of sleeping on the purple mattress I noticed a major difference and after about a month I wake and I'm not in pain and I have more energy now and I sleep better. I get some back pain towards the end of the day but that comes with the job but I go home lay there for about 30-40 minutes cool off and relax and my pain is almost completely gone and it is completely gone by the time I wake up.
