My fiancé and I received the king size original purple mattress about 16 days ago, all of the pieces to the bed came separate the mattress protector 1st then the bed frame a week later then that same week the actual mattress came. The timing on receiving the bed was pretty reasonable considering the pandemic we have going on right now (took a total of about 3 weeks.) We have been sleeping like babies, my hips and back use to hurt every morning with our old bed but now that we have the Purple I wake up with no pain at all. It did take me a night or 2 to get use to the mattress like any other bed would have, but once I did it was amazing the kind of support I got from the Purple. My fiancé is now waking up a lot less sore as well, he would sleep on the couch a lot before, we had a queen size so with 2 dogs him and myself there just wasn't enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Plenty of space now, thank you so much Purple we are loving our new mattress!! If anyone is considering buying a Purple I believe they are defiantly worth it!

I bought this bed over a year ago. King. I have returned this already and now about to return for a second time. This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had. I bought this because I also own the queen which is actually pretty good. I am confused as to why the king is horrible.

My old pillow top was contributing to my low back pain. The pain was worse In the morning and I tossed and turned all night. Since purchasing the Original Purple a month ago my back pain is 80% better! I love the Purple and choosing a king was the best decision I've made in a while. Go big! The top grid layer is really comfortable. However, the foam layer underneath is fairly hard. When I sleep on my side, my spine is not aligned since my hips don't sink in far enough to align it. This was purchased for a guest bedroom, so I am happy with my purchase.

From day one, I woke up with no lower back pain. Unbelievable!! I was afraid there would be little to no support -- Boy was I wrong! It's neither hard as a rock or soft as a feather, just like it was made for me and my husband. When either of us get out of bed there is no movement felt from the other. I would 100% recommend PURPLE!!!!!

I am so so so happy to have my Purple mattress!! With my previous mattress, I would wake up with so much back pain and was just overall so achy! With the Purple, I have ZERO pain!! I was starting to think that wasn't a possibility... The reason I say "So good, it's bad!" is because my husband has always been an early riser. Even if he was very tired, he could not sleep in past 9am. With this mattress, he is sleeping in until noon!! lol. We are very rested these days. Although the mattress was out of our price range, we steadily saved for what felt like forever until we were able to get it. And it was absolutely worth it!!!!! My ONLY complaint is that it is unbelievably heavy! Not that I'm going to be carrying it around or moving anytime soon. But boy, is it heavy! But I wouldn't choose a different mattress. Wonderful! There are so many features I really like about the purple mattress i.e. hypoallergenic, non-toxic, durable, as well as the innovative science and engineering. Needless to say I was very excited for it to finally arrive and start using it. After the first night that excitement changed to hopeful patience. The reason I waited several extra weeks to complete your survey is I was hoping time would help my body get used to the purple mattress. It's simply a lot firmer than I anticipated. Morning after morning I was waking up in pain. Pain I didn't have with my previous mattress. Still hopeful . . .

Generally very positive. It did however take some time to arrive but given a choice now I'd never return it no matter how long it took.When you get a mattress like this it feels like a celebration . You want to make your bedroom a place of peace and tranquility where you can rejuvenate!

It took me about a month to get used to this mattress because my old one that I had for the past 6 years was very saggy and this 1 is firm. Now it is the best mattress I have ever had. Thank you Purple for giving me my sleep back and not being in pain every morning.

My husband and I have been using the purple mattress for 3 weeks now! We absolutely love it! It is so soft yet still firm. We love how our body is comforted, it's seriosuly like a cloud. He used to get back pain from our old mattress and now he no longer has it! We have the platform frame too and it was so easy to set up and I love the height of it. We seriously can not wait to go to bed every single night!!!!!!
