As of now we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The mattress seems pretty amazing. I sleep hot, and I change positions a lot in my sleep. I have been very cool at night and my partner is no longer disturbed by my movement. We ordered a Purple 2 with a cover and frame. For some reason the mattress was shipped first, the cover four days later, and the frame a week after that. FedEx is terrible. The mattress was given an arrival date that didn't happen. The cover was marked as 'delivered' an hour before it came, and the frame has yet to come. It was marked for delivery five days ago. Two days ago it was on the truck, but never delivered as the end of day had come. Yesterday it was on the manifest but not loaded on the truck. They refuse to make any kind of accommodation to get it here as soon as possible. Once we saw it was out for delivery we took our old bed to the recycle center. We are now sleeping on the floor. For the money we spent on a mattress this is an awful experience getting it here.

We are very happy we decided to purchase the Purple after contemplating others. It is the perfect amount of form for us. I love the texture on the mattress which adds to the comfort. Extremely pleased and will definitely purchase again. Excellent communication during the purchase and shipping process.

Buying a mattress is complicated, it's tricky, pricey and well- down right controversial with your partner. We all have our specific needs and we all get weary of this 'big purchase'. But with purple- all of our preconceived notions and hesitation about buying a mattress and one online for that matter were wiped away. The clever and honest advertising and the plethora of information and mechanics about their product readily available online put us to ease. So we took the leap of faith into better nights of sleep! The mattress came as promised and neatly delivered, it really is heavy (we ordered a king)- so put your mind to ease- it's well constructed. Put it on the box springs and watched all of its glory come to life when we released it from its cage of plastic waiting to breathe! After 3 months- it continues to live up to its name and design. I don't feel my husband or the dogs moving around in the bed. I can even feel the noticeable difference in the bed cradling my body like a mother with a new born. Oh- and this bed keeps you cool. The best purchase we have ever made and our muscles and spinal cord thank Purple! It really does meet the needs of everyones likes and needs...what are you waiting for...try it and if you dont like it, call them! My dad was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. If that wasn't terrible enough, while he was going through chemotherapy and radiation he got Covid. He had been in so much pain to the point where he couldn't even lay down. We decided to get him a Purple mattress. I've had a purple mattress for about 5 years now and have loved every night of it. Figured it was worth a shot. For the first time in almost a year my dad was able to lay down and sleep! I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist and can vouch for the importance of sleep and it's process of healing. His Purple mattress literally is helping extend and comfort his life. With a baby on the way, my wife and I decided to get a new purple mattress and are loving it. We wake up feeling refreshed rather than achey as with our old mattress. The mattress is cool and comfortable in any sleeping position. Installing (is that the right word?-) the mattress was very easy- although the bundle was fairly heavy. We are very satisfied!

If you don't find it comfortable upon first impressions, don't give up on it. It took me about two weeks before I got a good nights sleep on it. Now I get some of the best sleep I ever had. I don't know if this sounds weird or not but, I think it just takes time for the bed and the body to get acclimated with one another. Overall good bed. I wouldn't recommend if you don't like firm mattresses.

I absolutly LOVE my new purple pillow! I have tried all the pillows out there and never found one I liked or that was REALLY comfortable. I saw an add for the purple pillow and I really wanted one but thought they were too expensive. I went ahead and bought it and boy am I glad I did! It's well worth the money! I actually look forward to going to bed at night because of my purple pillow. I Love it! Can't say enough about it!

Both my husband and I were waking up every day with extremely sore backs. We both have back issues, but our old mattress made it worse, and it wasn't that old. But we decided to replace it. We decided to go with purple after my husband was told by his boss that it was the best mattress that he had ever slept on. I took it one step further and got the pillows also, although I was disappointed to find out there were deals out there to get free ones with a mattress purchase I wasn't aware of, but I'd can happily say after 3 weeks of sleeping on new purple mattress my back feels a lot better, my husband has noticed a big difference in his pain as well and my neck no longer hurts from an inadequate pillow. I think the purple pillow is the best pillow I've ever owned.

I ordered my Purple mattress as a replacement for a casper I lost to an ex. I really slept well on the old mattress but seem to sleep even better on the Purple. I can feel the grid allowing more airflow under me as I sleep and the support is just what my back seems to like. I also ordered the Purple sheets and have really been enjoying how they feel and stretch, better than any sheets I've had before. Purple seems to make great products all around.
