1st mattress arrived with a couple dinner plate size divots in the top foot side. Mattress seemed completely fine otherwise. Slept ok but feet kept going into the divots. Purple customer service was more than apologetic and sent info on providing pics to show the divots and quickly sent a replacement. Replacement has been awesome and experience with customer service was uncharacteristically prompt and pleasant. Mattress sleeps cool, is the perfect amount of softness and support. I travel a lot for work and look forward to a better nights sleep whenever I get home. Highly recommend! I would rate 5 stars but the first one had defects...

My husband and I are both military and we stay on our sides when we sleep and don't move much. We developed a hump in the middle of our old bed so we decided to buy a purple. It definitely stays cooler then our old bed. It is a little firm but we quickly adjusted and love it! We sleep deeper and feel alive when we wake up instead of Frankensteins who can barely move.

I've had lingering back issues for nearly 16 years. Every morning I would get out of our traditional pillow top bed like an 80 year old woman. It felt like someone had punched me in my kidneys all night. My husband and I was separated by "the mountain" & we slept in "the pits". I would toss & turn all night waking every time to readjust all 3 of my pillows used to just get comfortable. Within the first week I slept almost The ENTIRE night. Such a bizarre feeling We ordered the mattress & platform & it was def the best choice. The platform is tall so you don't feel like your on the ground. Easy to assemble solid & no squeeks. I'll never go back to a traditional mattress, in fact we will be replacing our sons very soon.

The original is not for 250+ pound side sleepers. I wore my hip area down. I Purple stood behind their product and warranty replaced it. I never opened the new one though. I really would like to swap it and the difference in price for want I really need a Purple 4.

When I very first laid on my purple mattress I was skeptical. I have always preferred a softer more hugging mattress. The purple is more of a Medium firm. I never had a bad nights sleep!!! I am a side sleeper and after a heavy sleep my hips usually hurt. Not in my new purple bed! Your body it's almost weightless as your laying down. I am still looking for the perfect pillow. Because I was used to laying in a debt of my old mattress I now need a higher pillow.

It took my body about 2 weeks to adjust to the Purple from my very old/worn out mattress. The mattress contours my side really well, but not my back, which may be a personal problem since I have such a high arch. This is the only reason I can't give it 5/5, since I prefer sleeping on my back. BEST FEATURE: The mattress sleeps temperature neutral!!! I used to wake up because I would get so hot, but not in my Purple! Along with bedding made with lyocell (made from plant fibers and regulates body temperature) I never wake up because I over heat.

This was a great choice in a mattress. We watched many reviews and knows someone that got one as well. Still we were a little sleptical buying something we never got to test. We are glad we bought it. It sleeps great and have a hard time leaving it's comfort in the morning. It has also received back and shoulder pain from our old mattress.

While I love my Purple mattress, and am glad the company does a payment plan, I wouldn't say you must get this. Considering the price, I'm sure if you want a rather soft bed, there are likely cheaper products out there. So, really, unless you just have the money to spend, you might be better off with something more afforadable.

Received my new purple mattress and WOW! what a difference. Been sleeping on the traditional coil type mattresses all my life waking up usually with sore back and shoulders. After driving the Purple for a couple of weeks all aches and pains have disappeared. I highly recommend this product. It has exceeded expectations for what a mattress should provide any user!

I ordered a queen size on purple mattress about a month and a half ago. I received the mattress about a week ago. I've been trying to figure out how to describe just how perfect this bed is, but the word amazing is the only thing that comes to mind. Your company and everyone needs to know just how wonderful your mattress really is. I wanted to truly thank everyone involved in the company for making me have the best night of sleep that I've had in years. And I continue to have this wonderful sleep, night after night since I have owned this mattress. I never thought I could sleep this good, but your mattress puts me into a deep sleep that I had forgotten about years ago. You have most defiantly received a lifetime customer. I wake up feeling so energized and refreshed. My family and I will not sleep on anything but an on purple mattress for as long as I live. So thank you again for the wonderful mattress and please don't change who you are as a company. Your TV commercial truly speaks the soul in your company.
