The bed wasn't life changing or anything like that. Decent mattress, probably could have gotten one just as good for cheaper. They don't offer the option of buying with a box spring, which is necessary for certain types of beds. But the customer service makes or breaks and company and theirs is TERRIBLE. Often a week or more for a response...from an online company, no less! My mattress was delayed, no notice or reason given- I had to write in and ask. My sheets were delayed, notice only emailed about the delay after the promised delivery time had passed. They were delayed even further from the new date and, of course, I had to check in on the status just like the mattress. Would not deal with this company again, completely frustrating experience. Even writing this review was frustrating- the company sent me an email asking for one, I entered in the space provided and hit "post". Magically disappeared and I had to re-write again.

After years of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses and changing mattresses on a fairly regularly basis, we finally had enough and bought a Purple mattress. So far it's going pretty well. My husband loves it, but I think my body is in denial that we finally have a good mattress that we will sleep on for year. It doesn't want to get attached! It's excellent for side sleeping and conforms to the body well. I would appreciate a little more give in the shoulder area, but this sleeping experience is wildly better than what we have been dealing with. Also, the financing options available made it super easy to purchase. 9/10 would recommend.

This is the 2nd mattress we got feom purple . And this timw we got a king size. Our old one still feels like new and is now in our guest bedroom. We highly recommend it specifically for people with back issues and dont want to pay a fortune for mattress.

I have been wanting to replace my mattress for over a year. I looked at several different ones but kept hearing co-workers brag about the purple. My husband tried to be sweet and surprise me with a brand I won't mention but it was horrible!! After 2 nights my body felt like I had the flu. That morning I went in line, ordered my purple and couldn't wait. From first night I was in love. It is so comfortable and cooling. I don't wake up and toss and turn all night . I was also very happy to know it was made in Utah and 100 night trial.Thank you for making my nights a dream!!

I bought a Purple 2 a couple of months ago and it just didn't work. My wife kept on getting hip pains. We went on vacation and she had no issues with standard hotel mattresses so it was the Purple2. So it is going back. However the return policy is great.

We've had the mattress less than two months, which isn't much when evaluating a mattress, but so far so good. I'm 6'7", 240 lbs and my fiancée is 6'2", 180 lbs. Sometimes it seems like the mattress is a bit stiff, but my back and knees are doing much better (I'm a side sleeper). I feel like this mattress is a bit on the warm side, which is my only complaints so far. Also, it's a bit on the thin side, so the sheets we bought don't like to stay in place.

The Purple bed has changed my way of sleeping. After a few nights of sleep on the Purple, I realized that for my entire life I had tricked myself into believing that a sore back was "normal" after a nights rest. Now, I am waking up feeling energized without the nagging back ache. I absolutely LOVE this mattress and tell anyone and everyone about my new boyfriend, my bed :).

We just got our new purple mattress and it is hands down the most comfortable bed in the entire world! It has a completely unique feel of incredible softness and incredible support. The instant you lay on it you feel your back straighten and your aches fade away:)

We were expecting to need a couple days or weeks to adjust as some other reviewers said, but from night one it has been a dream! We couldn't be happier with our king size Purple bed. I'm 130lbs and my husband is 220lbs, but we are both getting the best night's sleep, every night.

This bed definitely Different than a traditional mattress. Making that transition took a little bit of time. I've already experienced better sleep. I used to wake up several times during the night with numb extremities. I haven't had that issue since I've had this bed. The biggest negative is that it slides around on the frame, I need to make sure that it stays in place.
