I have very serious back, hip, neck pain that keeps waking me up all night long even with serious pain meds to help me sleep. I dreaded going to bed at night my bone and nerve pain made laying down torture. With the purple mattress I am truly sleeping much better. I am so glad that I got this mattress, sleeping makes life so much better.

I really wanted to love this mattress. My husband and I saw an ad for Purple in a magazine and I ordered it the very next day. When it arrived, we couldn't wait to get it on the bed. After the first night, I woke up with an extremely sore back and my husband noted his arms fell asleep and were tingling all night from not being able to sink into the mattress at all. I gave it a try for 10+ more nights and same thing. I dreaded going to sleep and wanted the mattress gone. I gave it 3 stars because their customer service was good. They were very responsive on the online chat as well as by email and promptly scheduled a pick up for the mattress and communicated about a refund. Overall, I really wish this product worked out for me but at least I was able to get my money back and try it out.

I work shift work so before getting this mattress I would wake up often & was unable to fall asleep fast. Since purchasing this mattress I've been able to sleep more comfortably. I sleep the entire time without waking up hot & uncomfortable like I used to. I wake up feeling so much better than before.

Mattress was easy to unpack and set up. Wife's a hot sleeper she is sleeping much cooler now. We are both sleeping much better now. I loved it right away. But it took a few weeks for her. So definitely give it 30 days! I really like purple pillow as well but wish it was thiker so l use two. Thanks purple!

I purchased a Purple three mattress about nine months ago and have not had a single good night's rest. This mattress causes me to toss and turn about every 30 minutes throughout the night. This mattress finds your pressure points and makes you hurt. Whenever I de ide to just get up and out of bed, I ache and am so sore. For over $2,000.00, you think you would get a decent bed. I will never recommend this product to anyone. I now miss my traditional mattress.

I bought the Purple bed the Original and I was able to get the Purple Stand with it too. I also ordered the sheets and I love the sheets! Best sheets I have ever owned. The purple bed is amazing and I sleep with great ease and comfort. I highly recommend it. Was delivered to my home and easy to u roll!! Thanks Purple.

Only got half a split King bed. It's been several weeks and several customer service helpers and still no second mattress... My card has still been charged... Paid for a mattress but still not received. I love the sleep on a purple bed, but the worry is starting to eat into my sleep.

The good news is that Purple replaced our mattress for free and did this will no hassle at all, so the customer service is aces. The not so good news is that the replacement did not solve anything. I think they replaced the old Purple with another old Purple and not the Purple 2. I am not positive that the 2 would resolve our issues, but I know the Purple 1 did nothing for us. We still have issues with pain in our shoulders and hips. This has not changed at all and now we are thinking we will need to buy a new mattress

My wife, while pregnant with our 6th child, started sleeping on our sofa because she just couldn't sleep on our bed. She slept on the couch for about 2 months while I continued to slumber in our bed. This couldn't go on! We missed sleeping with each other as well as marital activities! We needed a new bed. We tried the Purple bed! For the first time ever, my wife is able to sleep well while she is pregnant! I even find myself unable to stay awake much once we get in bed longer than a few minutes. We are both finally getting the sleep we need and catching up on some much needed "us time".

Bought the seat cushion and lumbar cushions for an extended vacation in July but have been using them at home and in the car in the meantime. They are absolutely heavenly. I have a rotated lumbar spine and 3 slipped discs and have never had the Relief that these have given me. Well worth the money. Thank you so much.
