Not as comfortable as originally hyped to be. There is still a dip when someone else is in the bed. I have actually woken up with lower back and hip pain that I never used to. The concept looked awesome when I purchase the mattress, but in the end did not work out. I am 5'11" at 175lbs and my girlfriend is 5'3 at 125lbs. I had high hopes, been sleeping on the Purple for about 2 months now. Will be returning before the 100 day trail. I just hope the costumer service turns out better than the mattress did.

I bought this mattress thinking I would be helping my wife who was injured in a car accident, all ive succeeded in doing is causing her more pain and myself. My husband is pleased with bed and finds he has fewer aches in the morning and sleeps better at night. I however, am undecided. My shoulder does ache less than before when I get up in the morning but I have a more difficult time getting comfortable. I now have to use pillows to get proper body positioning and find it challenging to not get too much arch in my lower back. I also notice that the mattress has already sunken in (an inch or two) where my husband usually sleeps.

Been using the King Size Purple Mattress for about two weeks now, and already sleeping better and not waking up with any muscle aches and pains. I have minor back issues that I have been dealing with for a long time, that has subsided from my recent Purple Mattress nights. The setup of the Foundation and Mattress were really easy and quick. I also have to mention the Bamboo Sheets that are amazing. Thank You SO much for the Amazing Products.

Wow I love this bed. It doesn't sag in the middle and keeps me aligned. I don't have to sleep with a pillow between my knees anymore. No more waking up with lower back pain. It's not hot like memory foam so I don't wake up sweaty. I'm so happy I chose purple.

The first week my back, neck, and shoulders hurt. After the initial breaking in period/ getting used to the mattress, I fall asleep and sleep so well I wake up drooling on myself. I haven't slept like this in years. I feel refreshed in the morning. I've been waking up before my alarm goes off. I highly recommend this mattress.

I was wanting very much to love this mattress. My wife is dealing with some spinal issues that have her waking up with severe pain and the mattress we had was not helping. I convinced her to try the purple mattress because I bought into the marketing blitz I saw on Facebook. The first few nights we both were leery of our purchase as we both woke with stiffness in our necks/back. After 3 months I am still waking up with a very mild stiffness (which is gone after about a minute), but my wife is still waking up in pain. This may be due to her spinal issues and not the bed, but the bed is not helping her in any way either. I have found that if I am laying flat on my back that I get a pain in my lower back after a few minutes. If I sleep on my stomach I get the same pain. I do prefer to sleep on my side most of the time and that is where I find the most comfort. I do not seem to be sleeping any sounder through the night than on any other mattress. One thing both my wife and I noticed was that there is no sagging in the middle, which used to cause her more pain with our old mattress.We are nearing the end of our trial period and will probably end up keeping the Purple, but only because we do not want to go through the hassle of finding some place to take it and then going through the whole process again with another company.

This mattress promised a lot and, as a hardened skeptic, I wasn't sure it could deliver. It definitely proved me wrong. I was sleeping better the very first night. I've never had a bed actually cradle my whole body like this. It sinks at the pressure points of shoulders and hips, but still supports my core for a neutral spinal alignment. I've experienced this with some memory foam beds, but always wake up feeling like I've just gotten out of the pool, soaked in sweat. Not so with the Purple. Not only that, but the mattress is so responsive! It rebounds to original shape almost instantly, so I never have to wait for it to revert to neutral before changing positions as I did on foam. In addition, there is very little motion transfer, so when my wife gets up to use the bathroom - about three times a night - I don't wake up like I used to. I was confused when I woke up to sunlight after the first night of using the Purple mattress because I had never slept straight through the night before. As a bonus, I've been able to enjoy my dreams at feature length rather than being roused every time my wife turns over or gets out of bed. Now, if only Purple could build a bed that prevents her from stealing the covers... The four-star rating is because I wish the mattress was a little bit deeper. I don't think it would change the sleepability, but it would help boost the mattress just a little higher to accommodate deeper bed frames.

I bought this bed for my 21 year old son. He has a broken back and bulging disks. He is absolutely in love with this bed! The stand I ordered with it is exactly the right hight for him to easily get into and out of bed. Not too high, not too low. I also ordered the mattress Procter and 2 sets of sheets. My son is also autistic and only likes soft feeling cloth. He won't sleep anywhere else but in his bed. My older son has a purple bed as well and loves it. I will be ordering other purple bed for my guest rooms in my home. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this bed!

We have had out Purple bed for 45 days now, and are in love. My husband slept and woke with no back or leg pain the first night, but it was a much longer adjustment period for me (over 30 days). I had tailbone and lower back pain for the first three weeks. All I can say is replace your pillows when your bed arrives and be patient. It will be worth the wait!
