We love our purple mattress we have the split king. We had a foam density issue with one of them. Contacted purple and with in a few weeks we had a brand new mattress and got to donate the other to the homeless shelter. The purple power base is the bomb.

If you haven't tried Purple find someone you know who has one. My wife suffered with mainstream mattresses, pillow too mattresses foam toppers and could not get a complete night of sleep. Waking up and feeling like she was beat up and always tired. She kept after me to buy her a Temporpedic but the cost was just to high. We searched and found Purple and after reading consumer replies like the one I am offering I decided to purchase a Queen size Purple. With the money back garuntee how could I go wrong. Well I can tell you this, they are not gettig our Purple back! My wife loves it and she now gets a full nights rest and her quality of life has improved so much, we couldn't be happier with the product or the price. I had really high hopes for this bed. I moved to a new city and needed a new bed. I saw ads for the Purple mattress and loved the concept of it, so I thought I would give it a try. I definitely wasn't in love after the first night, which was a little disappointing. The bed is extremely firm. I think as a lighter weight person, I was not heavy enough to sink into the top layer of the bed. I'm 5'4'' 115lbs and my boyfriend is 6'2'' 170lbs, we both felt too light when laying flat on the bed. When you sit on the bed it seems so comfortable and sinks in quite a bit, but when you lay down and your weight distributes, it is much different. I read reviews that said to wait 30 days to adjust to the bed, but everyday I woke up sore and hurting. Also not sure if this is from the bed, but I could not sleep under the covers on this bed. I would wake up extremely hot and sweating. I thought the bed was designed to be cool, but it didn't seem that way. We even used the recommended sheets. I wear a Fitbit when I sleep, and I was restless/waking up 30 or more times every night. The one thing I liked about the bed is that the transfer of motion was very minimal. After about a month and a half, we decided to return the bed and get a different one. After reading some of the other reviews and learning about the return process, I was a little worried. We decided we would drop the mattress off for donation instead of having them come pick it up. Some reviews mentioned they no show a lot, and we didn't want to have to deal with that. By taking it ourselves, the return process was super easy! I took the mattress to the Salvation Army, they signed a receipt, I emailed a picture of the receipt to Purple, and they issued me a refund the next day. Took less than 24 hours for the entire process. From our experience, Purple has great customer service/return assistants!

My wife and I slept on the Purple Queen for it's full 100 day trial. Overall the mattress felt comfortable, but we couldn't get over the fact that you could "feel" the combs when sleeping. On my back the mattress had a nice hug and never slept hot, but I didn't particularly like side sleeping on it. In the end we returned the mattress and opted for a different company. During the entire process, however, the customer service was great!

I have some problems with sleep. So I bought a purple mattress on someone's recommendation. I did not want a Tempur-pedic mattress because the memory foam eventually remembers where you've slept and tends to keep the impression of your body . I think I have been sleeping better on the purple mattress then on my old innerspring mattress but I haven't decided yet if it's the right mattress for me. One thing I can say is if you're trying to get it downstairs, don't let it go at the top as it will punch a hole right through drywall . This I have learned from experience.

At first we weren't impressed by the Purple mattress, though the company was incredibly friendly and efficient. We read that it would take a solid 30 days to adjust to a mattress of this type from an innerspring mattress. It took us closer to 60. It was really strange to feel the support of the mattress. We thought it was too firm at first, but as our bodies adjusted to the support, we noticed that the mattress sunk where it needed to and stayed firm where it needed to. Now 4 months pregnant with our second child, I'm so glad we got this mattress. I'm comfortable in any position with the support this mattress provides. I'd highly recommend the mattress protector and sheets to get the full Purple experience!

Delivery time was better than expected based off of other reviews I read (maybe 2 weeks from order date.) First thing we noticed: this son-of-a-gun is heavy! 140 pounds for the cali king. We upgraded from a queen sized spring mattress to this. Overall, my husband is in love with this mattress. He's a little over 200lbs and sleeps like a baby. It also helped alleviate the back pain he has from being in the military and jumping out of airplanes. The mattress is a little firm to me (I'm only 125lbs) but it really helps my body recover after days that I lift weights. Shorter recovery time means more time in the gym. Would totally recommend to others!

I've never had a new mattress before I've slept on hand me downs that were probably decades old growing up than while serving the Marines we had used prison mattresses in the barracks now in my later 20s I decided to treat myself to a good nights rest and my back and neck agree purple is the way to go

Our Purple Mattress not only feels amazing, but arrive very early! After opening it, it aired up in seconds unlike other foam mattresses that take hours to air up. When were were buying it online, my mother thought that this was a wast of money, When it arrived, we un-boxed it and she tried it out. She was asleep in less that a minuet! My father tried it out and loved it even though he is in a lot of back pain right now. He just got up from sleeping as I type. Before we bought it, we saw negative views of the mattress on different websites. DO NOT TRUST THEM #purple

I got this bed to help with shoulder pain and neck pain for I'm a side sleeper and this bed is the best bed I have ever slept on. The first day I got it. It was set up within minutes with the help on my dad and the minute I put my blankets back on it I ended up falling asleep for 3 hours when I just went to see how it felt. Added bonus my cats love it, the need on it nightly
