Had wanted to purchase a memory foam mattress over a decade ago and never took the leap. Recent move and 2 hand me down mattresses in the past 20 years lead to the need to make my sleep time less painful. Best decision in ages. No more back pain. Actual unbroken sleep. Insomnia doesn't stand up to being so comfortable. Glad I waited and Purple came through.

We've had our purple mattress for 2 years, and my husband and I both wake up with sore backs every day. The warranty won't help, because there are no visible indentations, but rolling to the middle of the bed is noticeably more supportive than where we each normally lay. I also can push down gently on the purple squares in the middle and compare to where we lay, and they are losing their support. So it's not just the foam underneath breaking down, it's also the purple material. Very disappointing since this was such a great bed for the first year.

Purchase a full size for my son's room. He'd been having lower back pain. First night on the Purple mattress and he woke up with no pain at all. I enjoyed the ease of purchase and was so pleased about my son's experience that I bought a 2nd mattress for our spare room so guests have a great sleep too.

It's been almost a year since we bought the mattress and it is not comfortable or helps with pressure points or pain. We had gone just alittle over the 100 days (hadn't realized we did), and no one got back to me about returning it because it was over. It's the worse mattress for Me! Hope you all have better luck and whatever you do, don't keep it 101 days if you don't like it! I get up everyday and always say,"I hate this mattress!" Not to mention that I wake up aching more than when I went to bed!! The pillows are expensive too but not comfortable! Sheets are great! SHOP AROUND!

I was hoping for and expecting greatness, but it was not unfortunately. My wife and I could feel any and everything we placed the mattress on, weather it be box springs or the base even the floor. We where very uncomfortable, and wish it wasn't so. Thank you for letting us try your mattress.

The Purple Mattress is a great new product worth your full consideration. If you have pain or other issues with your current mattress, its definitely worth a shot because its completely unlike anything you've slept on your whole life. The unique material and construction is amazingly supportive. I slept better to the point of actually having difficulty waking up in the morning... and I've always been a very light sleeper.

Everything from the crafting to the unwrapping of this project was fun. You can tell this company cares about what they make and their customers. It isn't just that our mattress is comfortable we know that it was crafted by a crazy crew of workers, marketers and founders. We will be buying our kiddo's mattress from you all as well because he keeps saying that we have the best one. Love it, five stars and thumbs up.

We purchased a queen Purple mattress and bed frame. Every morning I wake up and just do not want to get out of bed because I am so comfortable. My bed is my new happy place! We also love the height of the bed frame. Since we don't need a box spring with it, we have so much more space for storage under our bed. An added plus is that our cats can walk under without having to bend down or crawl. I think they like this perk. All around, these were both great purchases. I'm grateful we made the jump every day!

I absolutely LOVE this bed!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality sleep. I was a chronic insomniac for over decade, but now my sleep problems have disappeared. I used to toss and turn all night because I couldn't get comfortable. I would get so hot, I would wake up drenched in sweat. I was told I was at risk for developing carpal tunnel syndrome because I was cutting off my circulation in my sleep. I had constant backaches, especially when waking up. Purple has changed all of that! I could tell after the very first night that I had slept much more deeply than I ever had before. I did wake up sore for about a month after getting it, but it was because my body was adjusting to the new bed. My spine was straightening out during the night, since this bed provides such wonderful support compared to other beds. I know for a fact because I've become an inch taller in the past year. My health has significantly improved because of better circulation and sleep quality. I used to struggle to get out of bed in the morning, and now I pop right up, happy to start each day! ~If you are sore at first, give it time. Your body is healing from the damage from your old mattress. Your spine is realigning, and that can cause soreness. I've had this bed for a year now, and my whole life has improved, starting with my health.

It's comfy and good, but I'm not sure if it's better or worse than a latex-topped foam mattress. It is, however, much better than the 15 year old firm traditional spring mattress we had. The "back sleeping" is firm. Which is good for me ... though not as good for my wife. The "side sleeping" is less firm ... and is really nice and supportive (wife agrees). I saw a lot of reviews that complained of lack of support on the edge (e.g. when sitting) --- I was worried about that, but have not noticed any issues at all.
