I didn’t notice any burning issues as long as I followed normal cooking temperatures, which is something I worry about with garlic blends. The coating unfortunately didn't want to stick to the scales of the fish that well, but they stuck on well on the fleshy part. Just the smell of these coatings is amazing, and I knew these were going to be a winner. The taste of the coating on these is butter and garlic with a tiny kick at the end. It definitely elevated my dinner and made it worth the effort.

The texture is nice and crispy the seasonings is out of this world. It's very versatile you can use it on vegetables, chicken, fish and pork. Clean up afterward was a breeze. For the money this product is well worth it. I will definitely purchase this product again!!! Storage is a breeze all you have to do is close the bag up easy peasy!!!! This is a great great product!!!!! I used this on chicken thighs in the airfryer and they came out perfectly crisp and crunchy!!!

I made some salmon cakes and it was the perfect coating because not only did it hold up in the pan, but it gave extra garlic flavor to the dish. The bag is easy to open and reseal and I could do this being a repeat purchase.

It was buttery, herby, and well-seasoned enough that I didn’t need to add anything extra. The pork chops came out very flavorful and tasted great. The only downsides were that the coating burned pretty quickly, even when cooking on medium heat, so it definitely needs close attention. Also, the resealable packaging didn’t want to close back up after opening, which was a bit annoying. Overall, great taste and convenience, just a couple small issues keeping it from five stars.

The flavor is super buttery but I do not taste the garlic. I like butter flavor but could be overpowering. Also these breadcrumbs are SUPER salty. Not the healthiest.
