[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Venus Public Hair Razor is more gentle on the skin than using a regular razor. Its shaped to fit the areas you are using it on. Its nice having a razor that doesn't feel like its taking your skin off. Its good also for trimming along bathing suit area even if that would be all you used it for.

This razor does the job! It’s a close shave but gentle, not too abrasive for such a sensitive area of skin. I also like that it doesn’t give me razor bumps, which was a big reason I started waxing. So glad I found a razor that works well for the southern region!

I found that it doesn't work well with thick and course hair and took several passes to get one strip done, and I still had to go over with my normal razor to get a clean strip. All and all not impressed with this razor and will continue my hunt for a good bikini area razor. The edger on the back of the razor does work good for hard to reach spots. That's the reason I gave two stars instead of one.

This razor is completely open on the back which stops that! This is honestly amazing! Good clean shave as well!
