This has been incredible for problem areas and with every use I have never gotten a scratch or any lack of comfort from using it and honestly I don’t worry about it. It makes my skin incredibly soft and I don’t have to apply to much pressure. I would recommend.

It got very close shave and didn’t knick me once. Has a nice weight to the handle as well. It has a precision blade that I’m going to try out tomorrow. Also has an irritation defense bar I’ve never heard of, but seems to do good!

I have always waxed instead of shaved my pubic area so I was very nervous to shave. I usually experience terrible skin irritation after shaving so I looked for a razor specifically intended for the pubic area. I could not be happier with this razor! It was an incredibly smooth shave, I had no irritation whatsoever, and I was able to get all the nooks and crannies. I would recommend this razor a hundred times over. It did exactly what it claims to do - help prevent shave irritation and ingrowns! Just follow the instructions and be patient. Also, just a tip.. moisturize the skin and exfoliate regularly to further assist in preventing irritation and ingrown hairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Venus razor for pubic skin is decent. I use a scented soap and/or a feminine shaving cream every time I shave 'down there'. This razor works pretty good. I didn't have any cuts or rash afterwards, but it did seem like it took several passes to get everything smooth. I also tried the other side of the razor which is supposed to be so innovative. Just meh. I have used other razors that had extreme moisturizers built into the shave head that worked better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Venus for pubic hair and skin has a nice design, it is easy to change cartridges and has a pivotal head.Glides smoothly over skin and makes it easier to reach hard to reach areas.I had less irritation, no bumps!The irritation defense bar really helps protect those delicate areas.
