they brought me airpods that were open. there was no plastic seal on it and no charger with it either.

I believe they sent me a faulty charging dock because the charger does not connect and it wont charge. I am going to return or exchange

It works well and I love them. The only thing is, if you don’t want the case scratched up I would buy a cover.
