I started buying this product a couple of years ago because of the constant hairball bombs my babies were leaving for me. I couldn't get them to take the hairball medicine. They would flick it off their paw. Discovered they are allergic to seafood which presents more problems. I would like to see a formula to help them gain weight. With all that vomiting they are underweight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Iams cat food and before I could even open the bag up my cat, Jazmine, was all over the food. My cat has been waiting for something really good to eat. She is an indoor cat that is so picky. It has always been difficult finding her a food she enjoys and good for her. She has gained some weight and I want her to be healthy and happy. When feeding time came I put Iams in her bowl with her old food. She ran over to her bowl and started devouring the food. She ended up eating the Iams and leaving most of the old food in the bowl. I had to take the other food out and put more Iams in the bowl. This is the way it has been since receiving the Iams in the mail. Usually, by now, she would be done with the food and looking for something new. She really seems to enjoy the food and I know what I'll have to by for some little furry girl in the future.

We alternate between this and the high protein formula for our kitty. We originally had our cat on a much cheaper brand of dry kibble and it was horrible on his digestion he was constantly using the litter box to go Number two. This formula is much gentler on his belly and has a really good ingredients while maintaining a decent price point.

I had an impression of it being too healthy to taste good. But I was wrong! My two cats ate this up quite happily. We transitioned by putting about half of the Iams & half of their usual brand in the bowl, mixed together. My boys loved it & we quickly transitioned them to all Iams. I like knowing that they're eating a healthy, quality brand of cat food and they enjoy it too. Will definitely buy it going forward.

This is a brand we use a lot. Our siamese has a sensitive stomach and the health blend is the only food that doesn't really upset her. The other cats really love the taste and prefer this food in our 4 cat home. I reccomend this food the health of your pet is so important such a great food with great ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a finicky indoor cat that also has a sensitive stomach at times. He doesn’t really like wet cat food, which is mind boggling, but loves crunchy dry food. I am mindful when I give him a new food to transition him slowly by mixing in some of the new over the course of a week or two. My cat seemed to enjoy this new food— I could tell since he didn’t pick out and discard the new dry pieces. I like that this food comes in a big bag, the smaller ones are less economical and require more frequent shopping trips. The size of the pieces was just right for my cat too, as he is smaller, and didn’t have any issues eating this. I like that this food is both weight control and hairball control as he is longhaired and hairballs are inevitable no matter how much brushing.

This indoor food has helped his digestive system in many positive ways. My cats coat looks much better and fuller. He is having less hair ball incidents. I would recommend this food for sure.
