Water based means easy clean up if things get messy but It can dry quickly if exposed to air. Works great when you need a little extra lube or a lot. The 4.5 oz. bottle should last for many sessions.

It just felt naturally "wet", rather than feeling too sticky or too slippery. It gave enough moisture to last for the necessary duration of activity, and was not messy afterwards. It is water-based so if you are not careful, it pours out of the bottle. However, not much is needed.

However, the product doesn’t last very long since it is absorbed very quickly by the body. It didn’t impress me very much.

I’ve had that problem in the past, and it’s incredibly uncomfortable. The K-Y lube lived up to expectations. I like that it’s safe with silicone toys especially, and it’s not a sticky mess. A little goes a long way. If you’ve not used a lube before, this would be my recommendation. It’s safe, reduces friction, and does cause irritation.
