Quite impressive quality and taste! Glass bottle is a sign of quality as well! It's cold pressed, but from three different country sources according to the label. The taste test ranks it highly in comparison to other known single origins EVOO… a grassy taste with a little bite.

I use olive oil for almost all of my cooking - sautéing, roasting, etc. I have also started to mill my own flour for bread baking and use olive oil for the dough as well. This is the best oil I've used thus far! It is light, mild, and perfect for my homemade bread! It is an amazing oil at a great price point. I also love that it is organic and NAOOA certified. I'll continue to use this going forward!

I received a free sample for my honest review. Very nice greenish gold color. Viscosity is excellent. This EVOO will stand up well in dressings and cooking. Doesn’t have any underlying flavors. Has a relatively high smoke temperature. For an everyday bottle of EVOO this is a very good choice.

I also used to glaze my skillet when cooking and does not leave that oil film after cooking. Great value as well. I did have problems getting the lid off though.

Liked the flavor. Calorie counts similar to other oil I purchase at Sams Club. Cold extracted higher quality I believe. Like that it is certified organic %26 from Greece/Italy/Portugal. Liked size bottle which was eazy to grasp. Add alittle polyunsaturated oil to increase healthiness of oil.
