The bar was satisfying and filling. The texture is nice, not hard or difficult to chew, like some protein bars. The nutrition facts were fantastic, with only 6g fat, single digit sugars, and double digit protein. This was a requirement from a nutritionist I have visited in the past... single digit sugars, double digit protein. These bars are a nice change from typical protein bars. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The strawberry flavor had alot of flavor. I love anything strawberry and my guess do to. So i went went these. They taste is very good. They actual dont make u want more food. They help with being hungry. I am going to try blueberry next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these with low expectations because protein bars are usually gritty and dry. These were actually really good! I loved the strawberry flavor, perfectly sweet without any after taste. It was also quite filling, had the bar with a yogurt for lunch and I was good! Glad I found these, so excited to try the other flavors.

My son and I eat these everyday. We love the chocolate peanut butter flavor the best of all the Special K bars! They are great for breakfast or taking in the car for some quick protein! My son eats one after his workouts. Super Delicious & packed with protein!

These are better then most protein bars I’ve had. They did have the protein taste to them, but not at all overpowering. I would definitely repurchase these. I would like to try the other flavors too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kelloggs Special K Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars were really good. Each bar contains 12g of protein which makes it a great snack. Great for on the go, easily fits into your purse, bag or backpack. The bars had the perfect mixture of peanut butter & chocolate and did not taste dry .

These Special K Strawberry Meal Bars are a good alternative I can feel good about eating when I just don't have time to stop. I am always looking for something that is a better-for-you option when on the go. These are portable, convenient, and taste good. Not to mention the protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals to keep me going strong. They worked well to satisfy my hunger and are filling enough to tide me over until the next meal time. I love that they are chewy, crispy, and creamy all in the same bite. They include the tiniest layer of strawberry filling that personally left me craving more, but it is still a yummy bar with a nice balance of sweetness and tartness. I look forward to trying other flavors, like the blueberry and the chocolate peanut butter, in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste was good. I would buy again. This is a good quick on the go meal if your out an about and don’t have time to eat. I’m not sure I would use it as a regular meal replacement. I would like to try the chocolate caramel next.
