[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Special K protein bars tasted so good. They did not taste chalky like other protein bars. I like that each bar has 12 g of protein and only 190 calories. I like eating them between breakfast and lunch to keep me full at work until lunch time. I like that these peanut butter ones keep my craving down as well. They have enough chocolate and peanut butter for me that I feel set all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a confession to make. The grocery store was all out of the 12 grams protein meal bars so I got the 8 gram protein snack bars instead. I have never tried any of the Special K protein bars so this was going to be a treat for me anyway. I bought the Caramel Pretzel Cashew flavor. I'm not usually a sweet and salty together kind of girl but I figured I love Caramel, I love pretzels and I love cashews. So I was excited to give them a try. I expected them to be crunchy. They weren't crunchy or soft. They were in between. Great texture. Amazing flavor. I surprised myself. I never thought I would like sweet and salty together but I absolutely do. Well, I love this one anyway. So because of my wonderful experience with the snack bars, I will definitely be getting the meal bars as soon as they are available. The first flavor I want to try is the Chocolate Peanut Butter. And I will go down the list of all six flavors because I love protein bars in general and these are some of the best I have ever had. It satisfied my belly until supper time so I didn't have the "grouchies". I highly recommend Special K protein bars. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The Macros and calories are better than my current protien bar but this one just didn't cut it for me. It has the chalky old school protein bar taste. I tried to eat more to see if it got better but I couldn't even eat half. Sorry Specail K, let me know if the recipe inproves and I'd love to try again.

Just knowing the are healthier to eat instead of grabbing a candy bar.I liked the strawberry and can't wait to try all the other flavors Kelloggs have to offer..It's a better choice of snacks with it being a protein bar..I was very satisfied. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there's 12 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per bar and you get 6 bars in a box. It's made with cocoa and no synthetic colors or dyes. I love chocolate and peanut butter together and neither one of them overpowered the other in this bar. I also like that they're not too sweet. I enjoyed eating them by themselves but I also enjoyed them with a nice cold glass of milk. They make a great meal replacement bar because you're left feeling full. They're great for on-the-go or a snack to hold you over until your next meal. I will definitely buy these again and I'm going to try all the other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both adults and the kids enjoyed the strawberry protein bar from Kellogg’s Special K. It is filling and helps curb our sweet tooth. We’ve had it as a quick to go breakfast and snack while on the go. The texture doesn’t crumble and the bars aren’t dry as other bars we’ve had. The bonus is the extra protein.

It has just enough crunch to it,and really filled me up. I preferred to eat mine as My breakfast,and I wouldn't be hungry til almost dinner time,but im not the type of person who eats a whole lot. I will keep eating these, and next time I think I want to try the Brownie Batter flavored Bars.
