[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 12 grams of protein per bar and a great tasting chocolate peanut butter option, Special K Protein Meal Bars have become my go to bars post workouts and as a mid afternoon snack. I always worry about getting enough protein in my diet, especially since I try to avoid meat and milk in my diet. These new Protein Meal Bars give me the protein I need in a convenient and tasty bar.

I have been eating these for years. The last package I purchased tasted a bit different… kinda grainy and dry. I compared the nutritional information on the box with and older box I had and noticed you added Polydextrose (among other ingredients). The calorie count even went up by 10, from 180 to 190. Why on earth would you remake this bar? I am so disappointed. Now I need to find a new favorite bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally tend to veer away from protein bars because I don't like the taste of powdered protein. Unfortunately any bar with as much protein as this one does is going to have some of those flavors but as a protein part goes over all it's really not too bad! Relatively low in sugar as well. I searched far and wide for the strawberry flavor as I'm not always a big fan of chocolate, but I think the chocolate might taste better as it would probably overpower that protein taste. I will happily eat these again although my favorites are still the special k pastry crisps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kellogg's Special K Strawberry Protein Meal Bars are the perfect snack. They are sweet & will satisfy a craving, but they are not totally filling. Even though they are called meal bars they are more of a large snack bar.

They are great for on the go, and satisfying enough to keep you energized. The bar is a very generous size and the flavor is great. It’s not chalky or powdery like some of the other brands. I will say, I had a difficult time finding them in stock.

They were not hard but instead had a soft and chewy texture with a nice amount of strawberry flavor! They became apart of my daily routine and enjoyed one as my meal replacement after my daily work outs. One bar kept me full for about two hours and looking forward to trying some other flavors once my stores start carrying more flavors!

We all agree that we are interested in trying every single flavor and we agree that the strawberry bars will be a regular must get item on our grocery shopping list! Just knowing the are healthier to eat instead of grabbing a candy bar.I liked the strawberry and can't wait to try all the other flavors Kelloggs have to offer..It's a better choice of snacks with it being a protein bar..I was very satisfied. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kellogg’s Special K Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Meal Bars were so yummy. The chocolate and peanut butter taste went great together. And more importantly these were not too dry. I’ve tried many protein bars that are dry and crumbly and I don’t like them. This is a great protein bar to have as a sweet snack.

It was a very nice bar with great flavor. It really was good with n o chalk taste. Protein has come a long way and Kellogg's has it figures out for sure! Easy to grab and go too. Yum
