[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Kellogg's Special K Chocolate peanut butter Protein Meal Bars as a part of a free trial in exchange for my honest review and boy am I glad I did! Most bars are flavorless or have a strange texture, but Kellogg's has found a way to make a delicious meal in a bar. It tastes like granola and peanut butter and chocolate and nothing extra. I ate one at 9am and only had a bite of my lunch at 2pm they really fill you up! I finished a box in a week and am now going to buy the strawberry for next weeks on the go meal! I really think you will enjoy these as much as I do because they fill you up and they don't taste like a healthy full of mystery ingredient bar they taste like something your kids would eat!

They taste delicious and they are great for a quick snack when you need a little something to get you through to your next meal. They satisfy your hunger and so convenient to take on the go. They have 12 g of proteins and if you count carbs you might want to stay away from these as if they have 21 g of total carbs. Overall good for those who don't get enough protein or looking to add protein like myself.

My family has bought these bars for years. They are our favorite go to breakfast on the run but lately the taste has not been good. We've noticed that there are whole peanuts in the bars now and it has a very salty taste. I was hoping that it was a temporary thing but four boxes later we're still not happy with them. Please change the recipe back to the way it was or you are going to lose a lot of customers.

I have been taking them for my break at work and it hold me over til end of day. I love that it is packed with proteins that are needed. I am ready to try the brownie batter ones as I love brownies.

I noticed that I would be satisfied and not hungry like before, it was because of the fact that I added the protein bar to my meal plan instead of skipping it.
