Very filling and great for work break when u are in a hurry but need to stay full for awhile. Would buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed eating this Special K Strawberry breakfast bar. The bar had good crunch, great flavors, and I liked the texture of it. It’s a protein bar, but unlike other protein bars, it doesn’t have that cardboard taste! Very surprised at that! I had one of these with a banana for my meal and I was full for 4 hours. I would recommend this brand of protein bar over any other I’ve tried.

I also love how the white coating is so smooth tasting! I will be purchasing some more soon and im so excited to try the other different flavor special K protein meal bars.

After eating the first one, I wanted another. Fortunately, they are low in calories! I also like that they have high protein. We work out and having the extra protein is good for muscle building.

I really liked the frosted coating on the outside of the bar which helped it to not seem too dry which you can experience with some protein bars. I only gave 4 stars as I would love for the strawberry flavor to be a bit stronger.

I had one as a lunch on the go and it kept me full and satiated until dinnertime! It is a protein bar, so it has that gritty taste, but the strawberry flavor muted that out. It is a tad on the sweet side, but otherwise pretty good meal replacement bar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a longtime buyer of the Special K Protein Meal Chocolate Peanut Butter bars. I use Amazon's subscribe and save option to have them delivered every month because I have one of them for breakfast every day. That said, I took a bite of my most recent delivery and realized something was different. The taste was slightly off. I compared my newest box to my previous shipment and realized that Special K had changed the formula! (The packaging is also slightly different: use-by date is in red on top of the box, red 'good source of antioxidant vitamins C & E' added to the front, now labeled 'naturally flavored' instead of 'naturally & artificially flavored' and '170 calories, 3.5g sat fat, 250mg sodium, 15g sugars' now prominently on the box front.) The bars went from 180 calories to 170. Carbohydrates from 25g to 23. The ingredients have also appeared to change. I will try to add pictures of the ingredient labels to the product pictures for those interested. Overall I did not like the taste, most likely because I've been eating the same bar for months (over a year?) and the change was startling. I loved the old bars and I am unsure if I will continue to order them now. Just an FYI to previous buyers. I have added the pictures.

I could only find the 12 g but when I did I was actually excited to try them. First of all, I want to say that I wish I wish it had more strawberries and not cranberries but they were pretty tasty. I don't know if it helped my protein level or not, but it is an awesome idea! When you're in a hurry you can just grab one and go.

If you have never tried these and are thinking aboutit, my answer would be stop thinking about it already! They are worth every penny spent they are filling, delicious, and could be a meal replacement on the go. Perfect snack or a meal on the go! I definitely give it two thumbs up!
