It was good as expected with that kind of flavor combo! It kept me full till lunchtime so that's good! I'd probably like to try the Strawberry and maybe blueberry as well! I'd say if there was a downside, it's a bit gritty/dry in texture.

But I was pleasantly surprised that these tasted more like treat bars than protein bars, while still providing the nutritional benefits of a protein bar. I will definitely be buying more of these.

I've been eating various Kellogg's Special K snack and meal bars for years and they are always delicious. These particular Special K Strawberry Protein Meal bars are my favorite. First of all, anything strawberry or blueberry flavored has me hooked, but the fact that the strawberry flavor in the Special K Meal bars is so real tasting and makes them stand out above any similar bars. Each partially chewy partially crunchy bite is texture genius....and then the icing like outside layer is soooo tasty, perfectly sweet, and like the cherry on top to a perfect sundae. They make a yummy snack or even a light but sweet meal to help satisfy those mid day hunger pains. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying these Special K Meal Bars to the fullest!

I like that each bar has 12 g of protein and only 190 calories. I like eating them between breakfast and lunch to keep me full at work until lunch time. I like that these peanut butter ones keep my craving down as well. They have enough chocolate and peanut butter for me that I feel set all day.

The Macros and calories are better than my current protien bar but this one just didn't cut it for me. It has the chalky old school protein bar taste. I tried to eat more to see if it got better but I couldn't even eat half. Sorry Specail K, let me know if the recipe inproves and I'd love to try again.

Ok I've been eating these for over a decade and the last box I just purchased is noticeably different. The bars are thinner, there are now random chuncks of chocolate and peanuts in them, and they taste like rancid peanuts. They used to literally taste like a candy bar and were delish. These are simply awful. This will be my last purchase unfortunately.
