These Special K Strawberry Meal Bars are a good alternative I can feel good about eating when I just don't have time to stop. I am always looking for something that is a better-for-you option when on the go. These are portable, convenient, and taste good. Not to mention the protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals to keep me going strong. They worked well to satisfy my hunger and are filling enough to tide me over until the next meal time. I love that they are chewy, crispy, and creamy all in the same bite. They include the tiniest layer of strawberry filling that personally left me craving more, but it is still a yummy bar with a nice balance of sweetness and tartness. I look forward to trying other flavors, like the blueberry and the chocolate peanut butter, in the near future.

It was quick to grab on the way out the door and the strawberry flavor was good because I usually don't like to many strawberry products as a first pick. It was soft to chew which I also liked its one of my preferred choices, the outside coating was my favorite part. My group was half likes it and half don't. One of them liked its so much he ate a whole box by himself. One said it had a burnt taste to it and one said they flavor was good but left a bad taste in her mouth but it probably wasn't the meal bar. Another one she loves it and she loved it was strawberry. So it pretty much even it self out because everyone likes different this so it was a win for some and a lose for some. My over all opinion was a whoo hoo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The strawberry flavor had alot of flavor. I love anything strawberry and my guess do to. So i went went these. They taste is very good. They actual dont make u want more food. They help with being hungry. I am going to try blueberry next.

Looking at my picture, you can see the real juicy strawberry bits in each bite. I also love the use of vanilla chocolate, rather than chocolate chocolate, which gives it a lighter taste. I often eat these as a meal replacement at breakfast, and I can honestly say that it keeps me full feeling until lunch!

I found it to taste great and size wise It's a perfect snack or pick me up. Ots alsi a perfect breakfast paired with your morning latte, piece of fruit or small yogurt.

I guess it really depends on your tastes, and I prefer something that is not dipped, adding to the sweetness. The flavor is artificial, again the coating does not help. It's almost chalky and very artificial.

I had this bar mid morning because I knew my lunch would be really late, it definitely satisfied my hunger and kept me from being hungry until I could get lunch. I really enjoy the coating on the outside of the bar. Will definitely be trying the other flavors.

My husband took a bite and was disgusted, but it definitely wasn’t that bad. I’m not a stranger to health protein bars so I feel these are on par, but I’ve had better for sure. I’d be interested in the brownie option.
