I could only find the 12 g but when I did I was actually excited to try them. First of all, I want to say that I wish I wish it had more strawberries and not cranberries but they were pretty tasty. I don't know if it helped my protein level or not, but it is an awesome idea! When you're in a hurry you can just grab one and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Busy days are inevitable. These Special K Strawberry Meal Bars are a good alternative I can feel good about eating when I just don't have time to stop. I am always looking for something that is a better-for-you option when on the go. These are portable, convenient, and taste good. Not to mention the protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals to keep me going strong. They worked well to satisfy my hunger and are filling enough to tide me over until the next meal time. I love that they are chewy, crispy, and creamy all in the same bite. They include the tiniest layer of strawberry filling that personally left me craving more, but it is still a yummy bar with a nice balance of sweetness and tartness. I look forward to trying other flavors, like the blueberry and the chocolate peanut butter, in the near future.

I was impressed that it is completely naturally flavored and has no synthetic colors or dyes. These taste great and is really satisfying. I like the strawberry flavor a lot. The texture is very appealing. This is a much better option instead of fast food if you are on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly every protein bar I’ve eaten has that chalky taste to it, these did not! I was surprised that the Kellogg’s special K strawberry protein bars were so delicious! I take them with me to work and they hold me over very well till lunch and I’m not hungry at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try the chocolate peanut butter flavor Special K Bar. This was so good!! I have tried other protein bar brands in the past and they always had a "fake" flavor taste to them. The Special K bars had real chocolate and peanut butter flavor and did satisfy my hunger. I shared a bar with my husband and he said they were really good! I would like to try some of the other flavors that Special K offers soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I have yet to receive the sample I can write a review because I have had these before. These protein bars have a great Strawberry taste without an after taste that some protein bars leave in your mouth. They are so delicious you will want to eat more than 1 at a time. They are easy to carry with you and snack on when you need a snack to get you to your next meal. Try them and I believe you will find you like them as much as I do. I love strawberries so this is the one I prefer above the others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Strawberry flavor was the best, It was like you were eating a strawberry, Just the perfect amount of filling in the bar, The white coating was a great finish to the protein bar, it gave it the perfect amount of sweetness.
