[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really fallen for these Kelloggs Special K Strawberry Protein Meal Bars. They are delicious. Just the right amount Strawberry flavor to make them sweet & crunchy. The outer coating adds a creamy taste so it ends up almost being a Strawberry Cream taste! I've been having one as a late afternoon snack and it does the trick to get me through the rest of the afternoon until dinner.

The texture was way better than I expected. Usually protein bars are soft and chewy but these were like a granola or cereal bar. A little crisp and so delicious!! I really loved the coating and slight sweetness. The aroma of strawberry instantly filled the air when I opened this protein bar. I would eat them all if I could! My kids, 8 & 12, thought they were delicious too! I will most definitely be repurchasing and always keep these on hand.

I noticed that I would be satisfied and not hungry like before, it was because of the fact that I added the protein bar to my meal plan instead of skipping it. They have 12 g of proteins and if you count carbs you might want to stay away from these as if they have 21 g of total carbs. Overall good for those who don't get enough protein or looking to add protein like myself.
