I bought this for my 5yr old for packed lunches. Love the look, size and versatility of this container. Big downside is 3 uses in and my son returned from camp with the vaccume seal/vent valve missing. He pulled it out while attempting to open it. Unfortunately, I cannot find where to purchase a replacement so the container now cannot seal entirely and has a hole in the lid...it's unusable for my needs now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try this out for a few days before leaving a review. I've put salad in our and another day I put hot chicken and rice in it. I'm so happy with this! It kept salad and dressing COLD without issue, and it kept my chicken lunch HOT without issue! I've only tested it to 2.5 hours, and it worked perfectly in that time frame. I live that it has a vent so I can put steaming hot lunch inside and vent it just before opening. The seal is great; I've had no issue at all. I also love the sleek look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen bento boxes everywhere and was always curious about them. I pack my sons lunch everyday with a sandwich container and baggies filled with snacks, and am sick of the baggies. This bento box is nice. It comes with a divider that you can place so you can adjust the sizes for your own needs. I pealed hard boiled eggs and places them in there along with a cheese stick, apple sauce and a few other things. One very noticeable thing for me was the egg smell wasn’t over powering like I thought from being closed up. It kept the eggs fresh. It’s very easy to clean and store. I am a little worried about mold around the rim of the seal but time will tell.

These are my favorite lunch boxes. I have 3 for each of my kids to rotate. They are easy to clean and fix a lot of food in. When my son forgets them at school and the food molds, I don’t have to worry about it leaching into the plastic. It just washes right out.

Saves money, perfect size and best of all its leak proof! Plus it comes with a divider also the top has a easy open valve. I definitely will be adding Bentgo products into our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago for my husband lunch. He was using the plastic containers to take his lunch to work. The containers would come back stained or messed up from the microwave. So decided to give this one a try. It's work out great so far. He's food stay semi warm. But no staining. One thing is you can't use in the microwave and the lid is a little to hard to open. But with time I think it will become easier.

I love how it has a divider in the middle and can be moved around or taken out for food such as salads. The lid also stays shut so no spill out, but pops off easily when you do take it off to eat. It’s also very easy to wash and dishwasher save. The material is very durable and made really well. I definitely recommend this product.

This would be a good product of the plastic coating did not flake off. If you read the reviews, you will see that the product is defective. Either they need to find a new coating (why does plain stainless even need a coating) or make it clear it is not dishwasher safe because it is obviously not.

My favorite thing about this product is how versatile it is. I have used it for everything from summer berries to sandwiches and pretzels to cookies. I appreciate that the divider can be easily moved around and that washing this is a breeze. 10/10 will get another of these next summer when we're out picnicking again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Caveat - we love bentgo stuff! I upgraded my 7 year old from the bentgo kids lunchbox (thick plastic with separate exterior part). This one is lighter and can easily bigger items such as full sandwich along with other “sides” (fruit, granola bars, cheese stick). I like that the separator thing can slide to accommodate different sized things. I do wish the set included two of these separators to divide more stuff. I haven’t checked to see if these can be bought separately. The black paint on the stainless steel has started to scratch off but that doesn’t bother us (or her). The lid and separator are recommended to hand wash which is annoying since I hate washing by hand if it fits in the dishwasher. We’ve put these on the top rack so hopefully it doesn’t impact the suctioning. Time will tell!
