Very sturdy lunch box, I love the way it looks and seals the food tight. We ordered 2, and one of the dividers is a little more loose than the other. The finish on the outside of the box was coming off a little after putting them in the dishwasher about 6 times or so, so I'm just going to hand wash them from now on. Overall I really like them, not perfect, but definitely better than some other options I've looked at.

Beautiful box! Great size, color is nice maybe a bit lessnintense comparing to website picture. The only issue I have is hard opening. The lid fitsnso tight that I cannot send child with box to school. There is that rubber "valve" but it is hard to pull it out or even when out the lid is so tight vaccum closed. Can you maybe help and explain what to do?

Almost perfect

Deducting 1 star for the clear coat exterior that ended up peeling off after a few uses. Otherwise this is a perfect product and does everything it's supposed to do. Goes from fridge or freezer directly into oven or microwave, food cooks up beautifully, looks and tastes great, and cleans up easily. The lid seals very well. My only complaint is that coating. Bentgo could save some money by just not buying that coated material... Anyway, love it, it's saved me so much money not buying food for lunches during the week, while eating better food (my own) too.

Decent but heating is difficult

I got the uncoated version so it won't do any flaking I hope. So far it is good but when I try to heat in a microwave, it is super uneven. If you have liquid in one area especially. Probably need to make the contents mostly uniform and stir around. Oven works fine of course.

Flimsy feel, difficult use

The steel is flimsier than I hoped. The lid either needs prying to where you worry you will spill the contents when it "bursts" open, or forcing in a thumb-numbing plug that will surely erode. Would not buy again. The rubber case divider cannot stop most sauces, and because more irrelevant with each wash.
