So far so good. I’m impressed with the power and ease of use! Had to purchase because my husband’s illness which requires a lot of fresh veg & fruit. So I have to makes smoothies everyday and this really does a great job. I looked at a lot of brands and read many reviews. This was the right size and the brand has long standing excellent reputation so the price seemed warranted. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now. Very happy with my purchase.

Waited 10 years of marriage to finally buy a GOOD blender. the ninjas and others do not compare. Ten years of spinach flecks! All of my troubles are washed away by this vitamix! Now my smoothies can be green AND smooth!! I also make frappes and put ice cubes and it pulverizes it delightfully easily. Final note is that it is much more quiet than our oster was too. Just be sure to read the little direction pamphlet to make sure to do everything in the right order as far as operating the blender. It is a dream! We love it.

The blender doesn’t fit right on the stand. It twists on the stand when in use. Also the blender/whole thing actually moves when it’s in use. I have to hold the whole unit steady so it doesn’t move around my counter. The blender is actually very small in comparison to the stand. Really disappointed in this purchase.

I mainly use this for single serving smoothies for breakfast, after work, and after working out. It’s been a game changer. It blends absolutely everything to a nice smooth consistency. I get air bubbles quite a bit, not sure if it’s because I switch to a higher setting too fast or if it’s because I make my smoothies too thick, but it’s quick and painless to tamper it down and blend again until smooth. I’ve also made nut milk and none of the spices (including turmeric) stained the container at all. Clean up is super easy too, just throw water and dish soap and blend. The levers and dials feel well-built and are satisfying to use. The spout feels a little too wide and awkward sometimes and I wish they opted for a retractable cord function instead of cheap cord clips on the under side, but other than that I love this thing.

Im constantly grabbing for my Vitamix. The Vitamix has become my goto workhorse in my kichen. Everything from almond butter to pesto, grinds or blends with ease. Easy to clean is a huge plus. I love the fact that Vitamix corparate office and manufacturing are right around the corner from me. Supporting a U.S.A. manufactured product and being so local to me, made the purchase even more rewarding. AWESOME COMPANY!

I was hesitant to spend so much on a blender, but this has exceeded all expectations! I blend smoothies with greens and frozen fruit every morning. I was shocked the preset smoothie setting does a really great job of blending it all together (using the layering method described in the booklet). I sometimes have to give it an extra few seconds if there are persistent chunks but that's a rarity!

I’ve been wait and saving to earn my first Vitamixer. This used our office vitamixer and understood what type was right for my lifestyle. This is a great machine. I’ve had it for two months and I have no troubles with it. It blends my smoothies and shakes perfectly. I like the new feature underneath the machine to wrap the cord it make for easy storage.

BLUF: efficiency blends seeds; easy cleanup; quality machine. I recently replaced my ninja with the Vitamix 510 and so far it’s been a great investment. My primary purpose for upgrading was to be able to efficiently blend seeds into my protein smoothies. Prior to this purchase I would have to pre-grind my seeds then add them to my smoothie to blend with the other ingredients. The propel does an amazing job getting everything blended in one shot.
