Growing well on my end. I think people need to look at the instructions thoroughly. Rinse off the roots before planting. Allow the roots touch water while growing. I recommend a good organic potting soil to grow this plant. Leave under the sun for at least 6hours daily. If you are starting the roots inside, get the growing light. The first time I tried planting strawberries didn’t go well because of two things: bad roots and not following instructions. I’m sorry if you didn’t get 40roots. Mine came in 41 and 42. To my amazement, all roots received are growing well.

These crowns grow right away and produce strawberries the first year. These are strawberry CROWNS for planting OUTSIDE. They come dry and should be soaked %26 separated before planting the crowns at so level — OUTSIDE. Strawberries are not supposed to be planted in tiny seedling containers under grow lights. 🤦‍♀️

I planted all 40 roots after soaking them overnight in water. This was two weeks ago and they are throwing leaves like crazy in my zone 6b garden. Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews, but they are working great for me!

I bought the strawberry plants oin late February, separated all the roots , and separately planted all roots the same day. Using a grow light and water for each plant, after three weeks only 4 of 40 survived. I took a photo of all plants as they appeared after three weeks of care. I cannot recommend this product to anyone, and probably should request a refund for this purchase.

Opened package, plants were completely dead and had been for a very long time. will never get plants in sacks again that you can not see the condition they are in.

None of the ones I planted grew. Later I did some research and found out how sensitive bare root strewberries are and buying them from a big box store where they have been sitting on a shelf with no temperature control is not the way to go.

If zero stars was an option, these would get it. I bought two packages of two different varieties. NOTHING bloomed. Not a single spot of green. Out of 80 roots. Very disappointing.

I've bought these strawberries twice before and one out of the three times they grew well.I normally grow three different varieties a year and I these were trash on arrival, dry and crumbling but I plantended saw the guarantee and decided to plant. Well its a month and a halff later and all but three crowns were duds. I contacted the phone number on the back and the company sent an email so that i could send them my reciept, address and the original barcode from the package. its been weeks and no word back. never again its not worth the hastle.

Bought these in June. They looked dead with dry crowns. I was told they may look like that and that I needed to soak them before planted. I soaked and planted as instructed and not one plant developed any sign of life. Sending the ones I didn’t plant back
