Lately, I have started using the product, and the overall experience of flossing my teeth is worth using. The product built is truly high-end, and the sound of the flosser in running is pretty reasonable (not loud). I am currently using the quad-stream F3 nozzle and it definitely works great to fulfill the purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow...I was blown away with the quality and effectiveness of this Philips Sonicare Power Flosser. It offers 4 flossing modes, and 3 different nozzles. The literature says 3X as effective as floss in removing plaque, and I believe it! My mouth felt as clean as when I come back from my 6 month dental visit. I love this product, and highly recommend you try it too. For sure 5 stars for this amazing product.

I am generally a fan of Phillips products and this did not disappoint. I really enjoy the flexibility of the system, three separate nozzles and 4 different setting make this a total oral hygiene beast. My only complaint would be the reservoir size; it’s decent but I feel that if I want a really thorough cleaning I have to refill it. Overall I’m very happy with it.

Coming from the Waterpik Aquarius, I was excited for this Flosser for the quad stream attachment and for a well crafted Sonicare product, but it just doesn't really live up to my expectations. Using the standard nozzle, everything works like every other Flosser I've had, with the pros that it's quiet, has good pressure, and the auto start/stop worked well. A great Flosser if it wasn't plague by one major issue. Unfortunately, the unit leaks out of the box (both from where the hose attaches to the base and from the handle). That, and one of the big Sonicare selling points (the quad stream nozzle) just doesn't work for me. It doesn't seem to have enough pressure to get between teeth, and it just doesn't feel like it does much compared to the regular standard nozzle. In my opinion, this just doesn't hold up compared to even cheap off-brand tabletop flossers, let alone Waterpik. If it's leaking out of the box, and has a lot of people complaining that it leaks and stops working within 6 months, I really don't trust its reliability long term.

I purchased a brand new Philips Sonicare Power Flosser, expecting a high-quality product, but it was completely defective right out of the box. When plugged in, the lights turn on, but the motor is completely dead—no sound, no vibration, and no water pumping at all. I followed all troubleshooting steps in the manual, made sure the tank was properly seated, and checked the handle switch, but it simply does not work. It is extremely frustrating to receive a defective item (Dead on Arrival) from a major brand. It feels like there is zero quality control before these products are shipped out. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning/exchanging it. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend buying this without testing it immediately.

This power flosser is as good as any I've ever used. Always surprised at how much stuff it manages to loosen up between the teeth. After about a month of use it stopped working. Light comes on, but that's it. I've asked for a warranty replacement and am being sent one as a courtesy. (Not sure how a warranty replacement is a courtesy, but that's another topic).

Thought by going with Phillips Sonicare I'd get a reliable product. I was wrong. Motor died after 6 months

I stopped using it after a few months and when I went to use it, it wasn't working. I wouldn't waste my money on this product again.

First one I got in my dentist office leaked. Replacement stopped working after a year.
