I find the bristle side super easy to use and it adds bounce to my hair while the smooth and sleek ceramic plate side is great for straightening and taming my hair. I love that it comes with tricks and tips on how to reduce frizz and it only took me a few minutes to get the hang of how to use it. I love that it has different mode and I can control air flow and temperature. This is a great 2 in 1 tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I enjoy using this tool, obviously I can’t speak for other hair types mine is short and not super thick but it works very well for me and my quick styling needs, I think the blower is kind of loud but I don’t use that part anyways. The heat settings are good and it does the job!

While it is a bit loud, it’s definitely quieter than a standard blow dryer. I usually avoid drying my hair when it’s wet because it tends to get frizzy, but that wasn’t the case with this tool. My hair came out smooth and sleek. I’m definitely a fan!

I love that the tip doesn't get hot. The handle is easy to use. You can get great volume and bend to the hair. The only negative I have is the plug is heavy in a outlet and isn't that long so it falls out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this way more than I anticipated. For context, I have long, thick, wavy hair that I highlight once or twice a year. Before trying this, I rarely blow-dried my hair because it always felt like a hassle and too time-consuming. I’d usually let it air-dry and then style with a flat iron or curling iron. On the occasions I did use a blow dryer, I only rough-dried — holding a brush and a dryer at the same time always felt overly complicated and not worth the effort. I was honestly shocked by how fast and easy this tool is to use. I have a lot of hair, it’s fairly long, and it tangles easily, yet I can blow-dry my entire head in 10 minutes or less. It smooths and straightens as it dries, so I don’t even need to go back in with a straightener afterward. Because of that, I’ve blow-dried my hair more times in the past two months than I typically would in an entire year. It’s just so much faster and less frustrating than dealing with a tangled mess using a traditional blow dryer. I’m not totally sure how much the ceramic ridges contribute to shine, but I’ve started running the top layer of my hair through them at the very end and will keep testing. One tip for first-time users — make sure you detangle your hair as much as possible before starting. It makes the whole process noticeably quicker and smoother. The only downside for me is that I wish it could curl my hair as well as it straightens it. I use a curling wand about half the time, and it would be amazing to travel with just one tool instead of multiple. That said, if your priority is drying, smoothing, and straightening quickly and easily, this is incredible. I honestly don’t see myself reaching for my traditional blow dryer again — it just feels inefficient compared to this.

My hair can be tricky bc it doesn’t usually hold that smooth, bouncy “blowout” look for long, but i will say this tool still does a great job of getting it close. I usually need to go in with a straightener afterward to really smooth out some of my curls, but overall I’m very happy with it and love the results once I’m done.

I am terrible at straightening my curly hair, and to be honest even a professional blowout usually results in frizz in no time, but this shark styler can give me a long lasting Victoria’s Secret style blowout easily and it lasts without a ton of product weighing my fine hair down. Love!!
