Ordered this mattress and it was not delivered on the day it was scheduled. I checked on line and mattress now says out of stock. Attempted to go through AI customer service which was worthless. They won’t let me cancel an item they don’t have in stock.

If you like a very firm mattress, this is for you. I ordered the plush and it feels like sleeping on a concrete slab, so I can’t imagine what the actual firm feels like. I’m also stuck with it because I threw away the box and returning a mattress seems like an awful lot of work so I will use this in my guest room and buy another mattress elsewhere, not online.

After researching mattress for several weeks I kept being drawn back to this one. I had always had good results with Member Mark products so we decided to get this one. We bought 2 of the Plush Twin XL mattresses and also 2 of the Member Mark Twin XL Adjustable bases. After receiving them we took a day to clean out our King size mattress and frame and get the room ready for the new set. The adjustable bases were pretty easy to set up and the mattresses were as well. Once the bases were ready we opened the mattresses and put the on the beds and they began to rise once the packaging was opened. Within 3-4 hours they were finished. No smell from them at all. Now, after sleeping on them for several weeks we would definitely recommend both. Now when my husband begins to serenade me with his songs of love in the middle of the night I can just lovingly say honey you’re snoring and he raises the head of his bed and is fast asleep. He used to have leg and hip problems which I believe was from the old mattress…..he doesn’t have those issues anymore. We are in our 60’s and 70’s and needed something that would support us as well as give us a good nights rest. When I first get into this bed at night I use the Zero Gravity setting with massage and when I’m ready I lay it flat and get on my side and go to sleep. I don’t feel any shoulder or hip pain either as I did before. We both really like this new bed set up and would recommend it. The only thing I have found this new set up hasn’t helped is my bed head in the mornings. 😉

I received this mattress for a honest review. First of all it came well packaged and rolled up in a huge box. Once I opened the plastic it started to get its shape. It does have a smell when you first open but it eventually goes away. The mattress was ready to sleep on after a couple of hours. It’s a good mattress. It’s soft and comfortable. The thickness is also great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good and comfortable mattress.

This was my second bed in a box, and it met all my expectations. The first one was a major name brand, and the Member's Mark definitely meets the same level of quality. There is actually a bonus of side handles, which the name brand didn't have. Now rotating (not flippable due to memory foam) is a breeze. It took about an hour for the bed to sit pretty flat. It's suggested to let it rest for over 24 hours, but it was slept on the same night we unboxed with no problems. We went from "medium soft" to this "medium feel", and it does have quite a bit more firmness. Leaning more towards "medium firm". Fair warning, this thing is heavy. It's an awkward box with serious weight. I definitely suggest two people if you're hauling upstairs. There are two cut out handles on the box. They worked just okay when dragging it inside. But realistically, the heft and haul is expected when ordering a bed in a box!

This mattress is so comfortable! The thickness is perfect for our bed frame and the material is a softer feel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the unboxing, it does take time to get to its full potential so if you are needing to sleep on it right away like us, don’t count on it lol give yourself a day or 2!

Mattress is extremely comfortable. It feels like a dense cloud. It was securely wrapped and came with care instructions which is appreciated. It only took a few seconds to expand, though we did wait at least two hours to test it. Which we probably didn't need to. We all tested the mattress and there's four of us who range from 120 lbs. to 220 lbs. we really felt the comfort and relief immediately. The mattress adapts to your body in a way where you actually feel the air in your joints release tension. The mattress also absorbs recoil movement well, so if your partner is a mover you barely feel it. This morning I noticed the difference in my mood and my body felt rested. The only negative thing we noticed was the chemical smell from the mattress when you initially unwrap it. Which aired out in a couple of hours. Not only is the mattress comfortable it is also luxuriously appealing with the tufted pillow design. Overall very impressed. Will most likely replace our mattresses with this hotel collection from Members Mark.

Best mattress ever! Replaced a fancy mattress that cost 5x the cost of this $599 one. This one is amazing and way better than the $3,000 one. I got the Queen, Plush! It is honestly perfect. Not too plush. I am glad I didn’t get the Medium. This is perfect for what I like to sleep on.

Firm and sturdy mattress for those that like their sleep. Packaging didn't indicate which one but this was either Medium or Firm and even with the memory form, you would not sink in this bed. Recommend that two people handle this as the box was about 100lbs.

I used to think I liked firm mattresses till this one. This plush, soft (but not too soft), cozy mattress is very comfortable. It arrived in a nice box. Vacuum sealed and wrapped tightly in plastic. I was concerned that the fold crease would not come out or reform but it did after a day. The smell was noticeable and not nice at first. After a couple days the smell was gone. This is a great mattress if you are on a budget, for a guest room, or air bnb.
