One pack includes individually packaged meat sticks (and all sticks are right-sized mini), so I can easily take them on a road trip. I love how low in calorie it is, and that it is smaller in size so you can have other things with your snack and not get overly full! It had a delicious flavor and was the perfect little protein packed pick me up!
