I was VERY skeptical about ordering a mattress online. I suffer with many physical issues.. low back, neck, spine, arthritis, migraines, etc. A good night sleep is PARAMOUNT to my general well-being. I read the reviews %26 i have to say...that completely put my mind at ease. I need a mattress that gives me support but also soft to the touch. This one offered both at an extremely reasonable price. It came within a few days.... I was shocked to see how small the box was. I did exactly as instructed. I'm limited on available space, so I had to let it expand leaned it up against my bedroom wall, next to my bed for the full 48 hrs. Took my old mattress off, put this one on and it only took 15 seconds for me to fall in LOVE!! This one is a little deeper than my old queen. I have the "deep pocket" sheets %26 they never fit my old one quite right. They fit this new one like a glove. First night....exceptional. The entire top of the mattress did not sink in when i moved around on it %26 felt like a dream to sleep like that for the first time in years. Woke up the next morning %26 felt like a new woman. Nothing ached, felt refreshed and ALL of my sheets/bedspread we exactly as they were when i went to bed. that is how i knew i was keeping it. I am always so impressed with the Members Mark brand. We use so many of their items and they stand behind all of them 100%. if on the off chance you would have to return and choose another, they do everything they can to make sure you are happy. You won't find a better brand or price for new mattress. If you are in the market, DEFINITELY try them.

After researching mattress for several weeks I kept being drawn back to this one. I had always had good results with Member Mark products so we decided to get this one. We bought 2 of the Plush Twin XL mattresses and also 2 of the Member Mark Twin XL Adjustable bases. After receiving them we took a day to clean out our King size mattress and frame and get the room ready for the new set. The adjustable bases were pretty easy to set up and the mattresses were as well. Once the bases were ready we opened the mattresses and put the on the beds and they began to rise once the packaging was opened. Within 3-4 hours they were finished. No smell from them at all. Now, after sleeping on them for several weeks we would definitely recommend both. Now when my husband begins to serenade me with his songs of love in the middle of the night I can just lovingly say honey you’re snoring and he raises the head of his bed and is fast asleep. He used to have leg and hip problems which I believe was from the old mattress…..he doesn’t have those issues anymore. We are in our 60’s and 70’s and needed something that would support us as well as give us a good nights rest. When I first get into this bed at night I use the Zero Gravity setting with massage and when I’m ready I lay it flat and get on my side and go to sleep. I don’t feel any shoulder or hip pain either as I did before. We both really like this new bed set up and would recommend it. The only thing I have found this new set up hasn’t helped is my bed head in the mornings. 😉

Extremely soft and yet still a supportive mattress. Very heavy, but just like most other vacuum sealed items very easy to open and allow to expand. Did take a bit to fully expand but slept on first night just fine!

We’ve only had the mattress for a week but so far it’s amazing. It’s not too firm or too soft. It arrived quickly and was super easy to set up. The price point was also great for a bed this nice.

Never have I ever had such a good nights sleep, so much so I’ve struggled to get out of bed compared to being able to instantly get up for work.
