I’m really impressed with this 13-inch hybrid queen mattress. It has the perfect balance of comfort and support. The memory foam layers feel soft and pressure relieving, while the coils underneath give it great stability and keep it from feeling too sinky. It feels sturdy, well-made, and supportive in all the right places.

This is a fantastic mattress. The delivery was really simple to manage, as the queen mattress came rolled up in a relatively small box that was easy to pull into the house. We pulled the rolled mattress in a thick protective plastic bag out of the box (see picture with review), cut the plastic to remove it, and within minutes the mattress was already nearly in its final shape...super easy and minimal waste that needed to go into the trash/recycling cans. A few hours later, all the little creases and depressed corners were fully raised and uniform. The mattress definitely had a foam smell to it as it was acclimating to the house, but was mostly gone within a few days. The quilted top is plush and feels very premium, with a noticeable coolness to the touch. The stitching is very well-done and the entire product seems to be high quality. Moving it upstairs was a bit of a challenge due simply to its substantial weight as a hybrid mattress (we wished we had the room to take it out of the box up there, which we'd definitely recommend if possible for ease), but the two strong handles on the side of the mattress helped. We lifted the bed onto our queen bed frame and it fit great, as you can see in the photo below...it comes right out to the edges/corners without hanging off at all. Putting the mattress protector and sheets on was very easy and everything fit well without slipping off, which is great since that's always a big pet peeve of mine. The firmness is indeed "medium" as advertised, however the plush top made it feel a bit softer (which we liked). My wife and I both slept well on it the first few nights, with little adjustment from our primary mattress necessary. It's winter here now, so I can't say for certain whether it would sleep warm or cool in the summer, but it's very comfortable temperature-wise as of now. Overall, we are both impressed with the mattress and the quality of sleep we get on it. It's going to be in our guest room and will be a much-appreciated upgrade for our guests when they come to stay at our house. Overall, we highly recommend this mattress!

I am so happy with this mattress! I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for the last three years and noticed I wasn’t feeling rested when I woke up. I decided to make the switch to something different and gave the Members Mark Eurotop mattress a try. It arrived fairly fast, I opened the box and left it in my back patio for a day to allow it to regain its shape. It’s a bit heavy for me so I had someone help me with the process of taking it out of the box, placing it on top of my patio table to let it retain its shape, and moving it into my room. The first to test out the mattress were the dogs, had to make sure to put a mattress protector since they clearly wanted to spend their time on the bed. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now and I have to say, this mattress is a game changer! Within a couple of days of having restful sleep I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep comfortably through the night but boy did I! I appreciate that it’s firm enough to provide back support but soft enough to make me feel cuddled. I want to replace the other mattresses in the house too!

I switched my daughters mattress with this one as she had multiple mattress pads on old mattress. This mattress is a medium feel without too much lag. I was able to get up off one side of the bed without her being disturbed on the other. Does not need additional padding. So far so good. Interested to see how well it holds up over the year.

This is honestly an amazing mattress. It came boxed and weighted about 100lbs. However unboxing it was relatively easy! It was packaged where there was no air. We unraveled the packaging in the room and set it up on the mattress frame to let it expand. It was triple its size in just 30 minutes. It offered a great night sleep as well. Although it has a euro top feel it’s not too soft. Nice and comfy!

I was surprised when I received this mattress for many reasons. #1-it was compact! Amazing that it could fit in a decent sized box. #2- it was heavy. It took two of us just to drag it in the house and unbox it. #3- it unraveled and fluffed up quickly! I could see the full size and thickness of it soon after I took the plastic off. It is a beautiful mattress with a pillow top. It is firm and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

This is an awesome mattress. Very supportive and comfortable. It is a thick mattress - you almost need deep pocket sheets for it, though we managed to stretch the regular over it. The mattress came rolled up tightly vacuum sealed in a box and was simple to roll out but did require some muscle. My daughter has slept on this for a week and has talked about how well she has slept. Definitely would recommend this others.

So far so good! We’ve used this mattress for a couple days, and so far, we enjoy it! It puffed up quite quickly (we slept on it the night we opened it) and only had a slight smell that didn’t last longer than a day. It is taller than our previous mattress, which takes some getting used to. It is quite comfortable! It’s a nice mix of firm, but soft, slightly more on the soft side. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the soft, but I’ve enjoyed it! The mattress cover already on the mattress seems to have some cooling properties. It is slightly silky and not knitted like our previous mattress which was very warm. We put our own mattress cover on the mattress, so we’ll see if the cooling comes through or not, but it already seems to be not as warm as our previous mattress. I’m hopeful that this will be a great mattress that will last us a while! Thank you, Sam’s Club!

We really liked this mattress! It was firm but still just soft enough. It is great quality and was super easy to set up. Just take out of the box unroll and cut open the airtight bag it is in and it pops right up. If you like super soft mattresses then this one isn’t for you but otherwise it is great!

I just opened and started sleeping on this mattress a couple nights ago. It was super easy, I found this mattress at my store and it came in a small enough box that I could just fit in my car to take home. Is folded in half and then rolled up. Once I got it all open it took a couple hours to fully re-shape and open up. This is a hybrid mattress so it has springs and plush memory foam on top. It’s maybe a little on the firmer side but I think it will get softer over time. Hard to tell if it will hold up over time but will maybe update this next year. Over not a bad mattress for the price!
