I really liked the quality of this mattress, It says medium firm and is really good. Also is very tall and it looks really nice. Does not have a peculiar smell and it expanded within 4 hrs. I suffer from a bad back and it felt and it has felt really good. I am impressed and very happy with product.

It's a plush soft with a medium firm, I have back problems so far it's been great, I have rested well and it's so comfortable. The members mark brand has been so affordable and great quality for my household all 3 of my kids own the MM mattress and very convenient to order online because it comes in a box, vacuum sealed and you just sliced the wrapping and boom it starts to inflate within a minute. I totally recommend this mattress!

The is the highest mattress I ever had. The mattress measures slightly under 13” including the top white plush part. The medium softness is firm enough for great back support but also soft enough for comfort. It's heavy but easy to manage with two people. It rolled open and inflated instantly. Member's mark product is comparable to the top luxury brands but offers better value.

Honestly i didn't think I was gonna get it and work perfectly I actually need it and I used it for new year, mattress is firmy back didn't hurt at all is very soft and easy to sleep I had to put a cover but I slept all night if you ask me would I recommended I have to say yesss

We were so pleased with this matress. We tend to buy new matresses quite frequently which works when you are only buying afforadble products. We've gotten duds before that have only lasted a few months, but this one is sure to last a while! It's comfortable for any position you sleep in! My husbands snoring has been minimal since switching, so we are all jmgetting a great night of sleep.

This mattress is so comfortable! The thickness is perfect for our bed frame and the material is a softer feel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the unboxing, it does take time to get to its full potential so if you are needing to sleep on it right away like us, don't count on it lol give yourself a day or 2!

I love the convenience and packaging of ordering my mattress online. It came tightly rolled up in the box instead of huge and flopping all over the place. My husband took it out the box and let it inflate over a day or 2 and then we were able to enjoy. Very comfortable.

My husband and I have been enjoying this mattress! Prior to receiving this item, we'd been using a more expensive mattress for just over 4 years. We both prefer this hybrid mattress for many reasons, the first of which is that it seems to help us regulate our temperatures better than our previous one. My husband prefers this mattress over our last one as it's a bit firmer, which he likes. I like that our sheets fit better as it's 13" and our previous one was thicker so it was harder to find sheets that fit properly. I also enjoyed that this mattress could be shipped in a box, which makes it much more convenient to receive!

This mattress feels great! Just as good as the top name brands but at a much better price. Right from the beginning I knew this was going to be quality. Th packaging is great, the box has handles! Then you unpack, unroll, and cut the plastic and let it air up. It has no odor and expands quickly. It has built in handles on both sides for easy moving. Bonus… the top cover unzips and is machine washable! I would say it's medium firm. You don't feel a lot of movement from someone else in the bed. Individual pocketed coils paired with the memory foam makes it so comfy and supportive. I love that I saved thousands from the name brand.

There is a 10-year limited warranty. The mattress is medium firm after it was inflated from the vacuum seal. My sleep feels more refreshed than my previous mattress. My pelvis pain has gotten better since switching to this mattress.
