I am so happy with this mattress! I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for the last three years and noticed I wasn’t feeling rested when I woke up. I decided to make the switch to something different and gave the Members Mark Eurotop mattress a try. It arrived fairly fast, I opened the box and left it in my back patio for a day to allow it to regain its shape. It’s a bit heavy for me so I had someone help me with the process of taking it out of the box, placing it on top of my patio table to let it retain its shape, and moving it into my room. The first to test out the mattress were the dogs, had to make sure to put a mattress protector since they clearly wanted to spend their time on the bed. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now and I have to say, this mattress is a game changer! Within a couple of days of having restful sleep I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep comfortably through the night but boy did I! I appreciate that it’s firm enough to provide back support but soft enough to make me feel cuddled. I want to replace the other mattresses in the house too!

Mattress is extremely comfortable. It feels like a dense cloud. It was securely wrapped and came with care instructions which is appreciated. It only took a few seconds to expand, though we did wait at least two hours to test it. Which we probably didn't need to. We all tested the mattress and there's four of us who range from 120 lbs. to 220 lbs. we really felt the comfort and relief immediately. The mattress adapts to your body in a way where you actually feel the air in your joints release tension. The mattress also absorbs recoil movement well, so if your partner is a mover you barely feel it. This morning I noticed the difference in my mood and my body felt rested. The only negative thing we noticed was the chemical smell from the mattress when you initially unwrap it. Which aired out in a couple of hours. Not only is the mattress comfortable it is also luxuriously appealing with the tufted pillow design. Overall very impressed. Will most likely replace our mattresses with this hotel collection from Members Mark.

I absolutely love the 13 Inch Hybrid Mattress. Hybrid mattresses are perfect for me since I have experienced back pain and also work out regularly. This mattress provides excellent support while still feeling comfortable and cushioned. I use it on a platform bed and have had no issues at all with fit or support. I wake up feeling more rested and notice less stiffness in the morning. The quality feels solid and well made, and it holds its shape nicely. This mattress has truly improved my sleep and comfort. It's a great deal too!

This mattress is amazing. I actually wanted my grandpa to test it out and he thinks it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to a bed is simply perfect. It’s firm yet you melt into the bed. I think that’s the best way to put it. The rules has to be in a month or two after it’s been slept in for multiple nights to see if it stays.

We were so pleased with this matress. We tend to buy new matresses quite frequently which works when you are only buying afforadble products. We've gotten duds before that have only lasted a few months, but this one is sure to last a while! It's comfortable for any position you sleep in! My husbands snoring has been minimal since switching, so we are all jmgetting a great night of sleep.

The mattress arrived vacuum sealed making it easy to maneuver around to the room I needed it in. This is my first hybrid style mattress, I usually get one or the other such as a spring style or memory foam type mattress. When I got to finally try the hybrid mattress out I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and feel of the hybrid style. Here are are some of my thoughts. Pros: The mattress I ordered was a nice firmness with some cushioning upon laying on it. From vacuum seal to fully opening, it was indeed queen sized. The material on the mattress was soft and comfortable to lay on. The hybrid mattress felt sturdy and robust rather than a thin and flimsy. Cons: this is a vacuum sealed mattress, so all the weight is condensed. I recommend a team lift if you are tying to take it to an upstairs bedroom. Overall I love the hybrid style mattress as it lets you experience the best of both worlds.

Mattress came in a box and needed some time to set up. Once set up, it was easy to move it into place. It has been g good mattress for my stepson. He says it comfortable. It's a little bit plush and firm at the same time. Supportive. Would recommend.

This mattress feels great! Just as good as the top name brands but at a much better price. Right from the beginning I knew this was going to be quality. Th packaging is great, the box has handles! Then you unpack, unroll, and cut the plastic and let it air up. It has no odor and expands quickly. It has built in handles on both sides for easy moving. Bonus… the top cover unzips and is machine washable! I would say it's medium firm. You don't feel a lot of movement from someone else in the bed. Individual pocketed coils paired with the memory foam makes it so comfy and supportive. I love that I saved thousands from the name brand.

We are very happy with this Member’s Mark queen mattress. It arrived folded in half, rolled, and shrink-wrapped inside a compact box that measured about 43” x 21”. The box has sturdy handles on the sides, which made carrying and moving it much easier, although it is pretty heavy. You’ll definitely want two people to move it, or one very strong person. Inside the box, the mattress was folded, rolled, and tightly shrink-wrapped. Once we cut a hole in the plastic, it began inflating immediately and was fully expanded within about two minutes. It was surprisingly fast. Right out of the packaging, the mattress measured a full 13 inches thick. The mattress offers excellent support with a soft, thick pillow top. My husband prefers a firm mattress with good support, while I need a softer top, and this mattress is the perfect balance for both of us. It fits our queen bed frame perfectly. There was the usual new-mattress smell at first, but it completely went away within a day. Overall, this is a very comfortable, supportive mattress and a great value.

This is a fantastic mattress. The delivery was really simple to manage, as the queen mattress came rolled up in a relatively small box that was easy to pull into the house. We pulled the rolled mattress in a thick protective plastic bag out of the box (see picture with review), cut the plastic to remove it, and within minutes the mattress was already nearly in its final shape...super easy and minimal waste that needed to go into the trash/recycling cans. A few hours later, all the little creases and depressed corners were fully raised and uniform. The mattress definitely had a foam smell to it as it was acclimating to the house, but was mostly gone within a few days. The quilted top is plush and feels very premium, with a noticeable coolness to the touch. The stitching is very well-done and the entire product seems to be high quality. Moving it upstairs was a bit of a challenge due simply to its substantial weight as a hybrid mattress (we wished we had the room to take it out of the box up there, which we'd definitely recommend if possible for ease), but the two strong handles on the side of the mattress helped. We lifted the bed onto our queen bed frame and it fit great, as you can see in the photo below...it comes right out to the edges/corners without hanging off at all. Putting the mattress protector and sheets on was very easy and everything fit well without slipping off, which is great since that's always a big pet peeve of mine. The firmness is indeed "medium" as advertised, however the plush top made it feel a bit softer (which we liked). My wife and I both slept well on it the first few nights, with little adjustment from our primary mattress necessary. It's winter here now, so I can't say for certain whether it would sleep warm or cool in the summer, but it's very comfortable temperature-wise as of now. Overall, we are both impressed with the mattress and the quality of sleep we get on it. It's going to be in our guest room and will be a much-appreciated upgrade for our guests when they come to stay at our house. Overall, we highly recommend this mattress!
