This is standard tasting jerky. I have had some pieces that are soft and chewy, and some that I could barely chew. Has a slight sweet flavor when you first start eating it. I think it could use some smoke flavor. Overall not bad not great but mediocre.

Very tasty. At first I wasnt sure how the prganic beef jerky would tast but it is very good. I will definitely purchase this item. My teenage son loved them and i feel good about purchasing this item for my family.
