Great nights sleep with this mattress. Has a soft enough top to relax in and then firm enough to stay on top of the mattress. Keeps you cool through the night to give you a great nights rest. Would recommend to friends and family!

This mattress is very soft and cozy. I used to have a soft mattress and it would hurt my back so i bought a firm mattress and it made my back pain worse. This is a very comfortable medium. I am very happy with this mattress.

Good medium firm mattress. Feels comfortable. With this mattress you won’t need a mattress topper or box spring. Also is very affordable. The mattress smell is not too strong like other ones. It comes we’ll packaged in the box.

I would have never thought that a Members Mark mattress would be this great. I mean don’t get me wrong, I love MM products but I was always weary about the mattresses. It’s so hard to find a good mattress but this one is GREAT!

Very tall and comfortable! As soon as you slice open the wrapping it inflates to size in less than a minute no waiting for it to inflate slowly. Very comfortable, has a medium firm feel to it. Also has side handles for easy moving around.

This bed is amazing! So comfortable and luxurious. Perfect height and firmness. It definitely compares to other name brand boxed beds and I even decided to use this members mark in my master bedroom and the other name in the guest room.

Ordered on Saturday, was supposed to deliver by Tuesday but delivered today at noon. Point being it was ordered and delivered in 4 days. The product was exactly what we ordered. It feels like the demo in store that we laid on. I did walk on and jump on the bed for a few minutes. We are now allowing it to expand for the 24 to 48 hours. Will come back and edit review once we have slept on the bed for 30 days. So far so good!

We have been in the market for a new bed for a while, but every time we consider spending thousands on a new mattress we worry that it will last about the same 1-2 years as the cheap bed-in-a-box options these days. We had a temperpedic years ago that lasted maybe 3 years before it was uncomfortable. We tried a hotel for a week with a sleep number but it felt more like a half inflated blow up bed than the luxury they claimed. We were even considering getting one of the beds marketed for really BIG people even though we're not....just to see if they're built better. When we saw this mattress on display at our local club and layed on it it felt pretty good. It was the medium firmness...and honestly anything probably would have felt better than our 5 year old Lucid latex hybrid bed. Plus this bed costs about 1/3 of what we were thinking about spending on a "Big Fig". So we bought it and the first night I slept great...so great that I stupidly brought my old mattress to the curb. The second night I slept well but woke up with a little ache in my lower back. Every night since (it's been almost 2 weeks now) I wake up before my alarm with lower back pain that won't let me go back to sleep. So obviously this is too soft for a 6' 190lb 44 year old stomach sleeper. I wanted to order the king firm, but it's not available now so I ordered 2x twin XL firm mattreses. They were supposed to arrive this Friday, but haven't even been picked up by Fedex yet so now it's saying Saturday. I was hoping to let them inflate all weekend while I was camping, but now I have to delay camping and sleep on the couch for a couple nights instead because the deliver by date wasn't met. My 2BR apartment has room for 1 king bed because the other room is my office. I'm HOPING that returning the first bed to my local club won't be an issue...but I'll update if it is. I bought a clear mattress bag so it wouldn't get dirty in transit, and I'm going to bring the original box even though there's no chance it's ever fitting back in there. I'll update this again once I've had a chance to sleep on the firm mattress for a week or so. If they stand by their satisfaction guarantee without a fuss I'll bump it up to 4 stars regardless while giving my honest opinion about both firmnesses. Crossing my fingers that both the new mattresses %26 the service are as good as Sam's usually is.

We ordered the plush and were extremely disappointed. It took several weeks for this mattress to be delivered, even though the website showed it would be delivered in two days when we initially ordered it. It finally arrived and we let it expand for 2 days. We then laid on it, and it felt very firm. We tried sleeping on it for a few nights and it was too uncomfortable. I sleep on my side and my husband sleeps on his back, and we both found it very uncomfortable, with no give. My husband said it felt like sleeping on the floor with a thin cushion. I agree with a previous review that described the bed as “plush like concrete.” For a plush, we were expecting a soft mattress. We tried breaking it in by walking on it for a few days, but it didn’t help. We ended up returning it to our local Sam’s. They asked that it be returned in a plastic mattress bag. It wasn’t easy getting a king size mattress back to the store, but at least our store accepted the return with no issues.

It was too soft for us and yet still not enough cushioning for my shoulders as a side sleeper. It was a great price so we thought we’d give it a try. I’m really disappointed with the returns process. Sam’s sent me a FedEx label and expected me to box it up and send it back. Like are you serious???Finally they said someone will come and pick it up but I’ve yet to get a call from them. I honestly expected more from Sam’s Club. I don’t think I would buy another mattress from them in the future.
