This is a fantastic mattress. The delivery was really simple to manage, as the queen mattress came rolled up in a relatively small box that was easy to pull into the house. We pulled the rolled mattress in a thick protective plastic bag out of the box (see picture with review), cut the plastic to remove it, and within minutes the mattress was already nearly in its final shape...super easy and minimal waste that needed to go into the trash/recycling cans. A few hours later, all the little creases and depressed corners were fully raised and uniform. The mattress definitely had a foam smell to it as it was acclimating to the house, but was mostly gone within a few days. The quilted top is plush and feels very premium, with a noticeable coolness to the touch. The stitching is very well-done and the entire product seems to be high quality. Moving it upstairs was a bit of a challenge due simply to its substantial weight as a hybrid mattress (we wished we had the room to take it out of the box up there, which we'd definitely recommend if possible for ease), but the two strong handles on the side of the mattress helped. We lifted the bed onto our queen bed frame and it fit great, as you can see in the photo below...it comes right out to the edges/corners without hanging off at all. Putting the mattress protector and sheets on was very easy and everything fit well without slipping off, which is great since that's always a big pet peeve of mine. The firmness is indeed "medium" as advertised, however the plush top made it feel a bit softer (which we liked). My wife and I both slept well on it the first few nights, with little adjustment from our primary mattress necessary. It's winter here now, so I can't say for certain whether it would sleep warm or cool in the summer, but it's very comfortable temperature-wise as of now. Overall, we are both impressed with the mattress and the quality of sleep we get on it. It's going to be in our guest room and will be a much-appreciated upgrade for our guests when they come to stay at our house. Overall, we highly recommend this mattress!

It's a plush soft with a medium firm, I have back problems so far it's been great, I have rested well and it's so comfortable. The members mark brand has been so affordable and great quality for my household all 3 of my kids own the MM mattress and very convenient to order online because it comes in a box, vacuum sealed and you just sliced the wrapping and boom it starts to inflate within a minute. I totally recommend this mattress!

I really liked the quality of this mattress, It says medium firm and is really good. Also is very tall and it looks really nice. Does not have a peculiar smell and it expanded within 4 hrs. I suffer from a bad back and it felt and it has felt really good. I am impressed and very happy with product.

Absolutely phenomenal mattress!! It's a good mix between soft and firm - so it's not too one way. It came perfectly packaged and wrapped nicely. Unfold and it let it rise and we were good to go. Have had an amazing few nights of sleep would recommend!

Oh. My. GOD. This mattress is PERFECT. It’s very thick, so be prepared for that, but it’s also not overly soft. It provides a wonderful balance of support and firmness without feeling like sleeping on a stone slab. I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for like a week now, and I’ve noticed my back issues are starting to lessen a lot. Also, a lot of of these memory foam mattresses, have a really strong odor when they’re delivered, but this one was perfectly fine. Also, it took no time for it to expand into its full form. Maybe like 10 seconds. No lengthy expansion period for like 24 hours.

We are very happy with this Member’s Mark queen mattress. It arrived folded in half, rolled, and shrink-wrapped inside a compact box that measured about 43” x 21”. The box has sturdy handles on the sides, which made carrying and moving it much easier, although it is pretty heavy. You’ll definitely want two people to move it, or one very strong person. Inside the box, the mattress was folded, rolled, and tightly shrink-wrapped. Once we cut a hole in the plastic, it began inflating immediately and was fully expanded within about two minutes. It was surprisingly fast. Right out of the packaging, the mattress measured a full 13 inches thick. The mattress offers excellent support with a soft, thick pillow top. My husband prefers a firm mattress with good support, while I need a softer top, and this mattress is the perfect balance for both of us. It fits our queen bed frame perfectly. There was the usual new-mattress smell at first, but it completely went away within a day. Overall, this is a very comfortable, supportive mattress and a great value.

Great bed! Queen size came out of the box and puffed to the right side with in minutes and was ready to be used. Super comfortable. Kid approved and tested and the dogs love it too. Nice pillow top not to soft not to hard just right. Definitely will be buying one for my self.

it’s honestly one of the best sleep decisions I’ve made in a long time. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft the top layer feels — not in a sinking, overly plush way, but in that perfect, cloud-like softness that makes you want to dive right in. It’s the kind of comfort that hits you immediately. What surprised me most is how well the softness is balanced with support. Since it’s a hybrid, you get that cozy euro top on the surface, but underneath there’s a solid combination of springs and foam working together. It gives you enough structure so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too deep, while still letting your body relax fully. I wake up feeling way more rested and with less stiffness than before.

I switched my daughters mattress with this one as she had multiple mattress pads on old mattress. This mattress is a medium feel without too much lag. I was able to get up off one side of the bed without her being disturbed on the other. Does not need additional padding. So far so good. Interested to see how well it holds up over the year.

My husband and I have been enjoying this mattress! Prior to receiving this item, we'd been using a more expensive mattress for just over 4 years. We both prefer this hybrid mattress for many reasons, the first of which is that it seems to help us regulate our temperatures better than our previous one. My husband prefers this mattress over our last one as it's a bit firmer, which he likes. I like that our sheets fit better as it's 13" and our previous one was thicker so it was harder to find sheets that fit properly. I also enjoyed that this mattress could be shipped in a box, which makes it much more convenient to receive!
