Excellent mattress! We got the medium feel and it really does hit that sweet spot for us. We opened it in our living room to let it air out before sleeping in it. It took a bit longer than the 24 hours it stated on the instructions; it closer to 3 days, but the smell is gone. It fit our queen bed frame perfectly, and all our queen sheets fit it right as well. I love the euro top cushion, it makes for a great nights sleep.

Let me begin that sometimes reviews can seem fake or that their is an agenda behind them. I hope that my review can be helpful. I have tried many mattresses. Expensive to cheap, I have tried them all. I was not expecting much from this hybrid mattress but it was a decent price and I needed a new mattress fast for my daughter. First the material is soft and very comfortable to touch. Second the mattress is soft but firm. Third the construction is very high end. I am so happy I bought this mattress as I was thinking of getting one at double the price. I am constantly surprised at the quality of Members Mark products. The mattress is listed as hotel quality and honestly it is better. I have been traveling for the last year for school and have stayed at many hotels during that time. I wish they all had mattresses like this one. If you are on the fence, don't worry and trust that it will be a good investment.

I definitely recommend the Member’s Mark 13" Eurotop Hybrid Mattress. I still can’t get over the fact that a whole queen mattress showed up in a box at my front door. Setup was just as easy as the box said, unpack, unroll, unwind. The mattress puffed up ery fast. The top is the perfect mix of firm and soft. The only negative was a strong smell at first, but it went away after a day and hasn’t been an issue since.

I didn’t know what I was missing out on until I got this mattress! It’s such a great quality firm yet soft mattress. I have not woken up with back pain since I’ve slept on this mattress. I definitely recommend it! I’m thinking about purchasing this mattress for each bed in our home.

This bed feels like it was made of very top tier materials and is very soft and comfortable to sleep on. If you like soft beds, this is the matress for you. This mattress arrived in a box. It needed 2 people to carry it. It was wrapped in plastic. We opened it up on our slatted bedframe and let it sit for 2 nights to fully expand before using it. It is a medium firm hybrid mattress. It is definitely more firm than what I am used to. My husband loved the firmness of the mattress and had a great night of sleep. He said it was very supportive. It was a cooler night of sleep compared to sleeping on a memory foam mattress. With a hybrid you sleep on top of the mattress versus a memory foam where you sink in. With it being a 13 inch mattress you will need deep pocket sheets. I noticed that when I sat up in bed to read, that I didn't sink into the mattress and my back didn't hurt after reading for 30 minutes like it did with my old memory foam mattress. You can't really go wrong with this mattress and the ease of ordering from Sam's club and having it delivered.

My son was so excited when we got this new queen mattress delivered. He’d been in a twin lofted bed and was so excited to be at a normal height and have so much more room. On the softer side. I’m a pretty big guy so I need firmer beds. That being said it is comfortable. But if you’re a heavy or bigger person I would get something firmer. If you don’t need that then this bed is very comfortable. It was plenty firm for my wife who was half my size. Unlike other. Ed’s that we have had that took a while to gain its form this bed took its form almost immediately from packaging. It is also very thick so you probably won’t need a box spring if you have a base that supports it.
