It's a little too early for me to rate the quality of these mattresses, but they look great. Bought one for each of my kids as they were moving out. In both cases, I could not rely on the delivery date which constantly changed and made it impossible to plan for when it might arrive. Also, it will only be delivered to the doorstep of a building. If you live on the second or third floor of an apartment, they will not bring it up to your door so plan accordingly if you can figure out when it's actually coming.

Ordered on Saturday, was supposed to deliver by Tuesday but delivered today at noon. Point being it was ordered and delivered in 4 days. The product was exactly what we ordered. It feels like the demo in store that we laid on. I did walk on and jump on the bed for a few minutes. We are now allowing it to expand for the 24 to 48 hours. Will come back and edit review once we have slept on the bed for 30 days. So far so good!

Nice mattress for a good price. I would've given it 5 stars, but it is too firm. I purchased a queen plush, understanding that it would be soft. It is not. I don't know if it was mislabeled or if it's because I got the hybrid. I'm trying hard to get used to it, as I don't relish the thought of trying to return it. It's growing on me slightly, but still extremely hard (firm). I can't imagine how hard the firm mattress would be (probably like sleeping on concrete).

Too plush for a 300lb guy like myself. Didn't want to go to hard on the ratings. my back pain left and the mattress keeps my back aligned well. But, I've traded off for neck and shoulder pain due to it being so plush. The mattress seems to be of high quality and works well with the adjustable base I bought for it. But, I'm going to have to go much more firm. A lighter weight person than I would probably do very well with this nice mattress.

Ordering this mattress was an absolute nightmare! I placed my order 7/20 and it said I would get it by 07/24. It never came. Everytime I called to ask what was going on nobody seemed to have answers. I was told they could only “email” the vendor and it would take 24-48hrs for a response. Nobody could tell me where or what was going on with my order. One time I called and was told the vendor is closed on the weekends. Then I was told I should receive it on 08/03. Once again it never came. Called again and still no answers. I finally get a tracking number telling me it should be delivered 08/06. I finally get my package but the mattress was not the same mattress that was on display in the club. I ordered “plush” and there's nothing plush about it. When I think of plush I feel like you should feel like you're sinking into it. It really doesn't feel that much of a difference from my old mattress and that one was firm. After the headache I went thru in receiving my order, I figured it'd be more of a headache to try and return it. I wish I had a better experience but it makes me not want to order anything like this again. I was told the vendor wasn't prepared for all the orders because of the sale. Not very satisfied and that's the reason I gave it 1 star.

We ordered the plush and were extremely disappointed. It took several weeks for this mattress to be delivered, even though the website showed it would be delivered in two days when we initially ordered it. It finally arrived and we let it expand for 2 days. We then laid on it, and it felt very firm. We tried sleeping on it for a few nights and it was too uncomfortable. I sleep on my side and my husband sleeps on his back, and we both found it very uncomfortable, with no give. My husband said it felt like sleeping on the floor with a thin cushion. I agree with a previous review that described the bed as “plush like concrete.” For a plush, we were expecting a soft mattress. We tried breaking it in by walking on it for a few days, but it didn't help. We ended up returning it to our local Sam's. They asked that it be returned in a plastic mattress bag. It wasn't easy getting a king size mattress back to the store, but at least our store accepted the return with no issues.

I bought this mattress based on how comfortable it felt in the store demo model. I got it home and was extremely disappointed in how firm it felt. After doing some research online, I discovered you can speed up the break-in period by stepping/jumping all over the mattress. I spent about 15 minutes stepping and jumping all over the entirety of the mattress, and it now feels much more comfortable. I still wish it was a bit softer, but I am much more satisfied with the result and feel like it might get even more soft as I continue to break it in.

Omg this mattress it’s so soft and firm my daughter love it it’s was so easy to unpack and it dint took long at all for it to air up it was so easy and simple really heave we be definitely be pursuing another one for our self

This is my second mattress from Sam's Club. These mattresses are soooo comfortable and soft. My back doesn't hurt and I can't even tell there are springs in it at all. It's like laying on a memory foam bed.

This mattress is firm and excellent quality. It is comfortable to sleep in. I love this mattress as the quality is really good. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a new mattress.
