Its a decent mattress for what it is. That being said there are a few drawbacks. The smell is not awful but enought to be off putting even after days of having it out of the package. If you are laying too close to the edges you can feel it giving. For the rest of the matress its almost too firm. The pillow top does give it some redemption. It's not my most favorite mattress I have ever had but, definitely not my least favorite.

I’ve been really impressed with this hybrid mattress, especially for the price. It has the perfect balance of comfort and support. The memory foam layers feel plush without sinking too much, while the innerspring coils provide great support and stability.

My son was so excited when we got this new queen mattress delivered. He’d been in a twin lofted bed and was so excited to be at a normal height and have so much more room. He said it sleeps so well and is so comfortable. The mattress rolled out well and flattened and fluffed quickly. It did not have any odd odors either.

Great bed! Queen size came out of the box and puffed to the right side with in minutes and was ready to be used. Super comfortable. Kid approved and tested and the dogs love it too. Nice pillow top not to soft not to hard just right. Definitely will be buying one for my self.

Very nice quality. Has handles on the side that help move/lift it which is super handy. I left it out for about 3 hours and it rose the full 13” as advertised. The euro top is nice adds a little plushness to the medium base. Seems like good quality and would recommend.

Comfortable and soft!! After sleeping on our new queen memory foam mattress, I can confidently say it's a game-changer. The 'bed in a box' arrived quickly and was easy to set up. We waited the recommended 48 hours for it to fully expand, and the minimal 'new mattress' smell disappeared within the first day. As a side sleeper , the contouring support is exactly what I needed. I wake up with no aches or pains. The motion isolation is incredible, too. The medium-firmness is exactly as advertised, a perfect blend of sinking in slightly while still feeling fully supported. Highly recommend !!

This 13" hybrid mattress is incredibly comfortable. The medium feel is just right—not too soft or too firm—and provides great support all night. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up feeling refreshed with no body aches. Very comfortable and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

This mattress arrived in a box. It needed 2 people to carry it. It was wrapped in plastic. We opened it up on our slatted bedframe and let it sit for 2 nights to fully expand before using it. It is a medium firm hybrid mattress. It is definitely more firm than what I am used to. My husband loved the firmness of the mattress and had a great night of sleep. He said it was very supportive. It was a cooler night of sleep compared to sleeping on a memory foam mattress. With a hybrid you sleep on top of the mattress versus a memory foam where you sink in. With it being a 13 inch mattress you will need deep pocket sheets. I noticed that when I sat up in bed to read, that I didn't sink into the mattress and my back didn't hurt after reading for 30 minutes like it did with my old memory foam mattress. You can't really go wrong with this mattress and the ease of ordering from Sam's club and having it delivered.

This is a two person job moving this box. As I found out, trying to get it up the stairs by yourself as a terrible idea. I wound up being crushed between the box and the wall and had to be rescued. Anyways, really comfortable once you get it set up and want to recover. Puffs up quickly!

Let me begin that sometimes reviews can seem fake or that their is an agenda behind them. I hope that my review can be helpful. I have tried many mattresses. Expensive to cheap, I have tried them all. I was not expecting much from this hybrid mattress but it was a decent price and I needed a new mattress fast for my daughter. First the material is soft and very comfortable to touch. Second the mattress is soft but firm. Third the construction is very high end. I am so happy I bought this mattress as I was thinking of getting one at double the price. I am constantly surprised at the quality of Members Mark products. The mattress is listed as hotel quality and honestly it is better. I have been traveling for the last year for school and have stayed at many hotels during that time. I wish they all had mattresses like this one. If you are on the fence, don't worry and trust that it will be a good investment.
