Bought this mattress with medium firmness, king size. The bed was firm, no medium, just firm. Just about like sleeping on a carpeted floor. It also retained heat like my old memory foam mattress. It was very heavy, no doubt a well built mattress. Probably would have lasted a long time but as a side sleeper and hot blooded anyway. After a couple of weeks I still just couldn't get a good night's sleep on it so I returned it. If you're looking for a good firm mattress and you are cold blooded this is the mattress you're looking for. They offer this in firm and I wonder if they just ship out 2 pieces of plywood and a eurotop to lay over them because I can't imagine a firm being more firm than this medium..... I ended up returning this and got the members mark 14" hybrid and it sleeps very cool and is truly a medium firmness. I sleep great on it. Nearly feels like a pure memory foam mattress w/o the heat build up a pure memory foam mattress.

If you like a very firm mattress, this is for you. I ordered the plush and it feels like sleeping on a concrete slab, so I can't imagine what the actual firm feels like. I'm also stuck with it because I threw away the box and returning a mattress seems like an awful lot of work so I will use this in my guest room and buy another mattress elsewhere, not online.

I've tried ordering this multiple times. The first time it was set up as delivery, however, after they realized it was NOT in stock, they issued me a credit back. They told me they had them in the warehouse if I wanted to order it for shipping. second mattress never showed up either. I caller and they asked for 72 hours. They called today and asked for another 72 hours. Meanwhile we have no beds as I've been trying to order for two weeks. IF YOU DO NOT BUY IT OFF THE SHELF, DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT RELY ON THEIR SHIPPING OR DELIVERY. We are now weeks behind and have nothing to show. very disappointing.

I can't even get the mattress I ordered two weeks ago. It has been two weeks of back and forth on why our order hasn't been updated. Customer services keeps telling me they had tremendous success with their sale. However, no timeline can be established and with each phone call, I am told they need to reach out to their vendor. Terrible service. Each call I am told it will get resolved but somehow another “48 hour” window is added until they have a resolution. Do not buy a mattress at SAMS.

We have been in the market for a new bed for a while, but every time we consider spending thousands on a new mattress we worry that it will last about the same 1-2 years as the cheap bed-in-a-box options these days. We had a temperpedic years ago that lasted maybe 3 years before it was uncomfortable. We tried a hotel for a week with a sleep number but it felt more like a half inflated blow up bed than the luxury they claimed. We were even considering getting one of the beds marketed for really BIG people even though we're not....just to see if they're built better. When we saw this mattress on display at our local club and layed on it it felt pretty good. It was the medium firmness...and honestly anything probably would have felt better than our 5 year old Lucid latex hybrid bed. Plus this bed costs about 1/3 of what we were thinking about spending on a "Big Fig". So we bought it and the first night I slept great...so great that I stupidly brought my old mattress to the curb. The second night I slept well but woke up with a little ache in my lower back. Every night since (it's been almost 2 weeks now) I wake up before my alarm with lower back pain that won't let me go back to sleep. So obviously this is too soft for a 6' 190lb 44 year old stomach sleeper. I wanted to order the king firm, but it's not available now so I ordered 2x twin XL firm mattreses. They were supposed to arrive this Friday, but haven't even been picked up by Fedex yet so now it's saying Saturday. I was hoping to let them inflate all weekend while I was camping, but now I have to delay camping and sleep on the couch for a couple nights instead because the deliver by date wasn't met. My 2BR apartment has room for 1 king bed because the other room is my office. I'm HOPING that returning the first bed to my local club won't be an issue...but I'll update if it is. I bought a clear mattress bag so it wouldn't get dirty in transit, and I'm going to bring the original box even though there's no chance it's ever fitting back in there. I'll update this again once I've had a chance to sleep on the firm mattress for a week or so. If they stand by their satisfaction guarantee without a fuss I'll bump it up to 4 stars regardless while giving my honest opinion about both firmnesses. Crossing my fingers that both the new mattresses %26 the service are as good as Sam's usually is.

This is so much better then name brands or expensive alternatives. Super comfortible and keeps cool. cant bet the $599 sales price tag. Worth so much more.

We bought the medium they didn't have plush in stock it was the worst night sleep I ever had it's way too firm I wish I would of bought something else

We are very happy with this Member’s Mark queen mattress. It arrived folded in half, rolled, and shrink-wrapped inside a compact box that measured about 43” x 21”. The box has sturdy handles on the sides, which made carrying and moving it much easier, although it is pretty heavy. You’ll definitely want two people to move it, or one very strong person. Inside the box, the mattress was folded, rolled, and tightly shrink-wrapped. Once we cut a hole in the plastic, it began inflating immediately and was fully expanded within about two minutes. It was surprisingly fast. Right out of the packaging, the mattress measured a full 13 inches thick. The mattress offers excellent support with a soft, thick pillow top. My husband prefers a firm mattress with good support, while I need a softer top, and this mattress is the perfect balance for both of us. It fits our queen bed frame perfectly. There was the usual new-mattress smell at first, but it completely went away within a day. Overall, this is a very comfortable, supportive mattress and a great value.

Slept on this for about a week now and I just love it so much. It’s firm enough to support but soft enough to keep me comfy. It also seems to stay cool and not get too warm like other beds I have had. I highly recommend this bed to anyone as it’s a nice balance of softness and firmness.

I am so happy with this mattress! I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for the last three years and noticed I wasn’t feeling rested when I woke up. I decided to make the switch to something different and gave the Members Mark Eurotop mattress a try. It arrived fairly fast, I opened the box and left it in my back patio for a day to allow it to regain its shape. It’s a bit heavy for me so I had someone help me with the process of taking it out of the box, placing it on top of my patio table to let it retain its shape, and moving it into my room. The first to test out the mattress were the dogs, had to make sure to put a mattress protector since they clearly wanted to spend their time on the bed. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now and I have to say, this mattress is a game changer! Within a couple of days of having restful sleep I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep comfortably through the night but boy did I! I appreciate that it’s firm enough to provide back support but soft enough to make me feel cuddled. I want to replace the other mattresses in the house too!
