I bought these for my daughter's room, and she loves them. They are nice and fluffy.

All season good quality pillows. I had them before, and after one year they're not flat as the regular cheap ones that buy for the same price at other retail staples.

Just got this pillow and it's decent so far. Comfortable enough to sleep on and does a reasonable job mimicking real down. Nothing exciting, but no complaints either

The pillow doesn't work for me that will

Haven’t even had these pillows 2 months and they already started to lose their fluffiness.

Goes flat in less than 1 year. i purchased these for $10.98 in November 2025. They are already flat and need to be replaced. It seemed like I just bought these pillows so I went back through my Scan and Go receipts. Sure enough, purchased 2 sets 11/29/25. Thought Serta would last longer than that.

Lumpy right out of the package. I will be returning.

Not good. If you like a fluffy, neck support, back support, and or something to depend on when sleeping. This is NOT IT! My husband bought four and they lost shape and fluffyness right away. We ended up actually using the second pillows to stuff the ones we used regularly and even then did it still not work well. We like medium firm and this is it.

Unacceptable during testing for my personal use

Like sleeping with your neck in a twist tie, worst I have experienced in a very long time. I tried this because I had always slept with the perfect sleeper comfy sleep. Sam's Club no longer sells these, but guess what Walmart has them for 3 times the price. Sam Walton is turning over in his grave, not to mention the way his daughter Alice is disgracing the family
