He adds so much whimsy to our home and I'm looking forward to decorating him for Christmas! He's made of high quality astroturf that I have no doubt could handle the elements if I put him outside. I also love that I could just take him out of the box and set him wherever! No assembly required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lord Charles of Smith Manor is amazing. He is sturdy and has a great feel when the kids "pet" him. Hes already endured some soft Florida rain and you cant tell. We obviously went a direction of goofy and gave him eyes. Our vibe is a bit different. I did have neighbors who saw him and wanted the regular version for their front yards. I personally will take LC in a fun direction for the summer with some more accessories. All in all perfect in concept, design and quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Select Surfaces Artificial Turf Topiary Dog has been adopted into our home as a new, honorary member! My youngest daughter immediately named it and then it's been placed in various locations around our home, both inside and out. And that's perhaps the best feature…the dog is so versatile! It looks great in an entryway or as a decorative piece by a fireplace inside the house if you need some greenery, but have a spot that doesn't get a lot of sun. We've also tried it on our back deck, front porch and in different flower beds outside. The topiary is a beautiful, lush green and sits at the perfect size to be noticed, but not overwhelming. It's soft to touch, but will be very durable…ours has already been through multiple rain & wind storms and still looks brand new. It comes with small, metal stakes to secure it in the ground, which is a nice touch. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with our new “dog” and I think we'll continue to find new places to liven up with him!

I leave him on my deck mostly but I also like to bring him in my house too. He is very durable and holds up really well. He is soft to the touch and doesn't leave any mess😉 I love the design and cut of the turf. It looks like a dog-just made out of grass. The ears are so fun and floppy! I have had many fun comments from my friends and family about him. Such a cute and fun way to spice up my home! I love it!!

But even without them, it has a good weight to it to leave down. I did not stake it down so I can move it around the lawn since I live in a climate with limited weather variability, so I'm not worried about it blowing away. The turf is evenly distributed on the dog so it looks nice. There aren't any bare spots. The color is so vibrantly green. It's hard to tell where my grass ends and where the topiary starts. I'd be curious to see how the color withstands the summer heat. It seems exceptionally well made. It's super cute and we've gotten so many fun comments and compliments from neighbors and friends.
