We are very happy with this Member’s Mark queen mattress. It arrived folded in half, rolled, and shrink-wrapped inside a compact box that measured about 43” x 21”. The box has sturdy handles on the sides, which made carrying and moving it much easier, although it is pretty heavy. You’ll definitely want two people to move it, or one very strong person. Inside the box, the mattress was folded, rolled, and tightly shrink-wrapped. Once we cut a hole in the plastic, it began inflating immediately and was fully expanded within about two minutes. It was surprisingly fast. Right out of the packaging, the mattress measured a full 13 inches thick. The mattress offers excellent support with a soft, thick pillow top. My husband prefers a firm mattress with good support, while I need a softer top, and this mattress is the perfect balance for both of us. It fits our queen bed frame perfectly. There was the usual new-mattress smell at first, but it completely went away within a day. Overall, this is a very comfortable, supportive mattress and a great value.

I am so happy with this mattress! I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for the last three years and noticed I wasn’t feeling rested when I woke up. I decided to make the switch to something different and gave the Members Mark Eurotop mattress a try. It arrived fairly fast, I opened the box and left it in my back patio for a day to allow it to regain its shape. It’s a bit heavy for me so I had someone help me with the process of taking it out of the box, placing it on top of my patio table to let it retain its shape, and moving it into my room. The first to test out the mattress were the dogs, had to make sure to put a mattress protector since they clearly wanted to spend their time on the bed. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now and I have to say, this mattress is a game changer! Within a couple of days of having restful sleep I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep comfortably through the night but boy did I! I appreciate that it’s firm enough to provide back support but soft enough to make me feel cuddled. I want to replace the other mattresses in the house too!

Got this mattress for my son’s queen bed. It came rolled up small in a box. The box was pretty heavy. Once the wrapping was pulled off, it expanded pretty quick. It’s very comfortable and almost has a memory foam feel. My son likes the height that it gave his bed. The best part about it, the outer part of the mattress unzips for easy washing making it the perfect mattress for a teenage boy.

We really liked this mattress! It was firm but still just soft enough. It is great quality and was super easy to set up. Just take out of the box unroll and cut open the airtight bag it is in and it pops right up. If you like super soft mattresses then this one isn’t for you but otherwise it is great!

I was surprised when I received this mattress for many reasons. #1-it was compact! Amazing that it could fit in a decent sized box. #2- it was heavy. It took two of us just to drag it in the house and unbox it. #3- it unraveled and fluffed up quickly! I could see the full size and thickness of it soon after I took the plastic off. It is a beautiful mattress with a pillow top. It is firm and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Best mattress ever! Replaced a fancy mattress that cost 5x the cost of this $599 one. This one is amazing and way better than the $3,000 one. I got the Queen, Plush! It is honestly perfect. Not too plush. I am glad I didn't get the Medium. This is perfect for what I like to sleep on.

After researching mattress for several weeks I kept being drawn back to this one. I had always had good results with Member Mark products so we decided to get this one. We bought 2 of the Plush Twin XL mattresses and also 2 of the Member Mark Twin XL Adjustable bases. After receiving them we took a day to clean out our King size mattress and frame and get the room ready for the new set. The adjustable bases were pretty easy to set up and the mattresses were as well. Once the bases were ready we opened the mattresses and put the on the beds and they began to rise once the packaging was opened. Within 3-4 hours they were finished. No smell from them at all. Now, after sleeping on them for several weeks we would definitely recommend both. Now when my husband begins to serenade me with his songs of love in the middle of the night I can just lovingly say honey you're snoring and he raises the head of his bed and is fast asleep. He used to have leg and hip problems which I believe was from the old mattress…..he doesn't have those issues anymore. We are in our 60's and 70's and needed something that would support us as well as give us a good nights rest. When I first get into this bed at night I use the Zero Gravity setting with massage and when I'm ready I lay it flat and get on my side and go to sleep. I don't feel any shoulder or hip pain either as I did before. We both really like this new bed set up and would recommend it. The only thing I have found this new set up hasn't helped is my bed head in the mornings. 😉

The mattress comes in 3 comfort levels. My wife and I combined are less than 250 pounds. We like firm. Unfortunately, sight unseen and untested, the firm was firmer for her than she should have expected. Sam's backed its guarantee with a replacement mattress. They picked up the firm mattress after replacing it with a medium firm. She is happy with the medium and so am I. Sam's gave us extraordinary support as they state in the sale. I don't recommend what we went through, but it is comforting to have both a great mattress and a business that puts customers first.

I was VERY skeptical about ordering a mattress online. I suffer with many physical issues.. low back, neck, spine, arthritis, migraines, etc. A good night sleep is PARAMOUNT to my general well-being. I read the reviews %26 i have to say...that completely put my mind at ease. I need a mattress that gives me support but also soft to the touch. This one offered both at an extremely reasonable price. It came within a few days.... I was shocked to see how small the box was. I did exactly as instructed. I'm limited on available space, so I had to let it expand leaned it up against my bedroom wall, next to my bed for the full 48 hrs. Took my old mattress off, put this one on and it only took 15 seconds for me to fall in LOVE!! This one is a little deeper than my old queen. I have the "deep pocket" sheets %26 they never fit my old one quite right. They fit this new one like a glove. First night....exceptional. The entire top of the mattress did not sink in when i moved around on it %26 felt like a dream to sleep like that for the first time in years. Woke up the next morning %26 felt like a new woman. Nothing ached, felt refreshed and ALL of my sheets/bedspread we exactly as they were when i went to bed. that is how i knew i was keeping it. I am always so impressed with the Members Mark brand. We use so many of their items and they stand behind all of them 100%. if on the off chance you would have to return and choose another, they do everything they can to make sure you are happy. You won't find a better brand or price for new mattress. If you are in the market, DEFINITELY try them.

I'm really impressed with this 13-inch hybrid queen mattress. It has the perfect balance of comfort and support. The memory foam layers feel soft and pressure relieving, while the coils underneath give it great stability and keep it from feeling too sinky. It feels sturdy, well-made, and supportive in all the right places.
