Little did I know because the print was so fine, there is 200 mg of caffeine in each stick. These are tasty but this is a serious heart risk!! I bought them after I got a free sample out of the freeosk machine. However, those weren’t marked. Even the packaging hides this fact making it so hard to find and read. Very dangerous to consume this much in a day, much less one drink. This was returned!!!
