Unfortunately, the manufacturer took a product that worked so well for me and changed the formulation such that I can no longer use it. The old formula used to prevent my eczema flare ups. The new formula does not and may even be a trigger! Very disappointed!

Best moisturizing cream ever. I have been using it for years and people always compliment me on my soft skin and ask what I do to keep my skin so soft. The answer is I use this almost everyday. I like that it’s fragerence free and I prefer a jar over a pump. Not to mention it’s just so refreshing after a shower. 

I have been using this moisturizer for years it provided really good in my shirt for my skin that was getting irritated and dry from the use of retinoids for my acne treatment however I do agree with some of the other reviews that the green lid formula is different I purchased my first bottle of this and after using it about three days in a row I started breaking out This had been the only thing that I had changed my routine nothing else had changed so I figured it must have been less and I did notice they no longer label it as non-comedogenic I do wish they would bring back the blue lid formula as that was the only moisturizer that really kept my skin hydrated without breaking me out acne prone people be careful with this product because it may break you out as well

I have used Cetaphil Moisturizing cream since 2007. I have completely given up as of 2023. I understand taking certain parabens out of the formula - but why add irritating niacinamide? I will no longer use until original formulas are put back. I suggest Vanicream or Cerave for those of you equally disappointed.

I always have this in my skincare routine, I can use it on my whole body and my face and never have issues. Its very moisturizing, fragrance free with simple yet good ingredients. I'm very acne prone so I have to be careful with every product I use. This one has never let me down!

If you have a dry skin this is the perfect product. This Moisturizer cream make you skin soft and hydrated. If you have a sensitive skin this cream helps a lot. With no scent don’t make you have any allergy. I started using in my kids and I’m in love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has pretty bad asthma and as a result has had a lot of eczema flair ups. I use this lotion for her religiously. Every night after her shower we slather it on as well as after she washes her face in the mornings. It’s nice and rich and not greasy at all. Absorbs fast too. I prefer this because unlike bottled lotion, there is less alcohol so it doesn’t dry out the skin. Will forever keep this as a part of my daughter’s routine.

I bought this product after trying some of the other top brands. The other brands did not moisturize my skin and heels the way this products does. I would be ashy or dry an hour or two afterwards. But not with Cetaphil dry skin. Thanks for a great product. It’s worth the price to me. ❤️

Cetaphil. I love your moisturizing cream so much. It's by far the best out there. But PLEASE make a pump for the jar. It's so messy to have to deal with the lid and sticking fingers in. Cerve has a similar jar with a pump so I know you can do it. It's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars .
