It's a bit thicker than most lotions are I don't know if it's from overtime because I can't remember what it was like when it first was opened but I absolutely love the amount of moisture and gives your skin! It's more waxy than watery and I like that in a lotion! If you're looking for a less watery product this is the one for you! I get so dry so it's very helpful!

My husband was in the James hospital in Columbus Ohio when his skin was extremely dry from his treatments. The hospital gave us some lotion however it didn’t help a lot, our 15 year old granddaughter told her parents to give us her jar of cetaphil, it was amazing! We have continued to use it for almost 2 years as his treatment continues to dry his skin, we love it and think a sample should be given to all patients, this is one less thing to worry about. Really kept my skin moisturized through the day and didn't feel like I needed to constantly reapply or getting too dry over time. Also doesn't have a heavy scent to it but just enough. I would totally purchase this again and like the size it comes in.

I always keep at least one jar of this cream at home. It's perfect for eveyone! My son has eczema and needs moisturing cream everyday so this is the one that I apply to his skin daily! Not only my son but also me and my whole family use this cream regurlarly!

It’s very creamy & rich but I don’t find it to be greasy at all. My skin has not felt dry or flaky at all since I’ve started using this the past week. And There is no scent. I really love this stuff I’m pretty sure I will continue to purchase this once I run out! Highly recommend this for anyone with dry or sensitive skin :)

I like this moisturizing cream vey much. I have very dry skin, and it's very moisturizing. I use it on my neck and sometimes my face. I like it the way it is and wouldn't change it. It's not too expensive, and I will definitely buy it again. I use it on my arms and legs after a shower. It's really an all purpose cream. The jar cream is richer than the lotion. The lotion has more water in it. I definitely feel it would help dry knees if you used it more than once a day on your knees at first.

I had a started to notice as the weather started to change this year from spring to fall that I had some area's on my arms, wrist & legs that were dry & I have never had that before so I looked up creams that were good for dry or quenched skin that just needed a little extra nourishment/food for the skin (rather then the soul 😉😉) read alot but this one just sounded like it offered exactly what my skin was asking for and after the first time I applied it I knew it definitely was it was very thick but in the best of ways & it went on and my skin felt much more nourished & it did not take anytime to absorb to where there was no indication I had even had any cream on . I applied this everyday at least three times a day on the areas that were dry & honestly by the third day the skin was back looking & feeling like normal.
