I had been using this cream since I was a teenager and it was the only product that could curb my year-round exceptionally dry skin. I'm not exactly sure what's changed chemically-speaking, but I noticed that the consistency of the cream is less thick and doesn't seem to stay on my skin as well. It really doesn't feel like I've applied anything to my skin like the original formula did. I'm really disappointed about this. Please go back to the old formula! I really don't want to, but I suppose I may have to research other products and switch brands.

This is a very rich, heavy and hydrating cream. It’s non-comedogenic so I’ve also used this as a night cream on my face for years. Now in my thirties I’ve been trying to update my skincare routine but no “night” moisturizers I’ve tried works as well as this.

I have been using both the moisturizing cream and moisturizing cream “body” for several years. Lately when I send for the “body” one they sent the one that is newly.formulated. I miss the “body” one because it was much lighter on my face. I didn’t realize that you are now only producing one.

As a person who struggles with eczema and dry hands this moisturizer is great for my sensitive skin. I use this product mostly as a hand cream, goes on smoothly. No stinky residue, absorbs nicely. I have been using this product for 6+ months now and I still have half a bottle left.

I use this cream all over my body after showering. It is long lasting and keeps my skin hydrated all day long. Without it, my skin is very tight and itchy. Living in the desert, it is absolutely essential. Love, love it. I never travel without it. If I forget it and have to use something else temporarily, I am so uncomfortable and purchase some as soon as possible.

Please formulate some products for moisturizing cream as it was before, some skin need the older formulated moisturizing cream...the new one does not suits my skin... And I have been using it four years....please help in this regard...and formulate product as soon as possible

This product was a gift from my Mother!! I put it all over myself when I got out of the shower last night and oh it's amazing I love waking up in the morning and my skin feeling so dewy and fresh ! Cetaphil is one the best products! This product, I use every day, twice a day to keep my skin feeling healthier and softer. Especially helpful during the winter months when my skin feels super dry! I like to even buy the travel size to keep it in my car.

This product is perfect for super dry skin. I’m on medicine that dries up all my skin so I am able to put this all over and my skin is super smooth and doesn’t start to crack or have patches of dry skin show up throughout the day! This is my go to cream for my dry skin. I love the tub it comes in and being able to scoop out the perfect amount while knowing exactly how much product I have left. After one use I notice a difference in the moisture of my skin and love to use it out of the shower before applying any fake tanners. Great for the whole body and especially my elbows, knees, hands, shins, and ankles.
